I can’t begin to tell you how highly I think of these guys, they are amazing and super nice. They don’t try to get you to purchase things you don’t need, I really trust them and that’s hard to do in the auto repair industry when you’re a woman. I have been a customer here for over 21 years, and they have serviced all 5 of my vehicles since I started driving when I was 18. Recently I had a tire rotation done here and my hub caps weren’t put back on tight enough so I lost one the next day. They replaced my hub cap no questions asked. I love these guys, I will never have my vehicle serviced anywhere else!

Was a Decent place !!! I've spend alot of Money there!! Great mechanics. But There Mark up on Parts is Crazy. Charging 106 for A 30 Dollar Part And saying I can't bring my own part in . And went up On oil Changes. Shane and Robert are Great mechanics. They are Straight forward. I sorry to say that they lost my Business for over Charging and B S . Like I said Shane Robert Great guys Maybe they should talk to the customers 🤔 . Sorry guys The Family will not be Back

Michael Turner 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. You would be hard-pressed to find a better shop to work on your car. These guys always take really good care of me and my car of course. Definitely top notch service at a reasonable price. I will not give a good review if it is not well deserved I'm not one of those. So you can trust me when I say. If something goes wrong with my Hyundai, this is where I go. I would like to mention Shane's name because I've dealt with him and mostly and he's very good at what he does. That's one thing about this shop they're honest. They will not feed you a line of crap and they certainly will not tell you that your blinker fluid needs changing LOL. Right now I'm getting my air conditioner fixed and I am very grateful. There's another shop on fort Henry but I used the one on West Stone drive. And that is on purpose. That's just where I feel comfortable.

These guys are always professional. Do whatever they can to help. I had already agreed to change the air filters in my car. He told me the price and I agreed. Then he came back and said he added coupons becaue there was no reason it should be that expensive. REcommended belt dressing instead of a whole new belt.

Quoted $39 to Mount and balance 2 tires if I brought it now... got there and it went up to $50 for both.. by the Time I got the bill it was $67!!! Get your prices in writing or go anywhere else!

Allen Tipton was fantastic!! I always come to Oil Express for everything for my car. Needed my tires rotated but Allen went way above and beyond for my service ! He treated me like it was his car! Checked everything , suggested tires and a rear brake job. Gave me estimates on both. Checked all my fluids! Very nice, very informative, very thorough and even had me check any recalls for my specific car!! In and out very quickly! Will be back for sure !!!

Today was my first time at Express Oil, and I will definitely be back! Carrie helped me and she was so friendly and informative. I like that they do more than just change your oil when you’re there for an oil change, they checked all of my fluids and tire pressure (and even added air). I don’t usually write reviews, but was very impressed with the customer service I received from Carrie!

I called last Friday and scheduled an appointment for today at 8 am. I got there and they told me that no one wrote down the appointment so they couldn't work on my car. This was my only day off so it puts me in a tough spot. I then called the number that I originally called to make sure that I called the right place. They finally called me back and told me that they could get me in to the shop on FT Henry drive and would call ahead and let them know I was coming. I get to that location and no one had called and they told me that they couldn't get me in today. Customer service is the name of the game and they failed miserably!
