Took my bone stock 02 Subaru Impreza WRX for an alignment after replacing the outer tie rod end. First of all the guy couldn't drive a straight drive very well and secondly once it was on the lift told me the caliper was locked up and that the strut was bent on passenger front. This ruined my entire day yesterday because I needed to get tires and all kinds of other things. I took the entire thing apart on front and replaced the caliper but it was NOT bad to begin with. However I had already paid for the part and went ahead with doing it. I also had THREE mechanics look at this car, then even went and took it to a shop and used the lift and had another certified mechanic in a shop look at this "bent" strut. It's NOT bent. The car needs a camber bolt on the passenger front but the guy pointed at my CV axle or my control arm when explaining that supposedly my strut was bent. He also argued with me that the car had been wrecked. it has NEVER been wrecked. so I wasted a ton of money and time. I went back today, asked for the manager explained all of this and was told they could do their best however I took 2 of my friends both certified mechanics with me and this place treated me so badly they had to step in. Imagine being grown men and treating a tiny female the way that I was. They are rude, they still said I was wrong, no one else there wanted to look at it. I was made fun of and laughed at. Would not recommend and will absolutely never give this place my business at any location ever again. Their sexist, they hate women and they try to take advantage of women, and if your a women and your not entirely car stupid they belittle you and gas light worse than any other place I've ever been. 0/10. Photo is of it on the lift at 600 auto to have proof the strut wasnt bent.

Friendly considerate service. I called the evening before asking if they could do a pre-purchase inspection the next day on a local used car I was interested in buying. I was driving from four hours away so I wanted to be certain someone could look at the car. It was a holiday week and they were booked but said they would get me in. The next day I test drove the car and stopped in, introduced myself and Vance said they would get it on the lift in an hour. During the test drive I noticed some vibration and asked if they could balance the front tires and as busy as they were they agreed but warned it would likely take longer. All of their bays had jobs they were working on and the waiting room had several people waiting on their vehicles. Somehow Vance fit me in even with all the jobs going on. They checked my concerns about car and balanced the tires in less than two hours while I waited. When I when to the desk to pay the invoice I was told "no charge, they were glad to help me and the seller". While I was waiting I spoke to another customer that had driven from about an hour away to get new wheels and tires on his truck. He could not have been more complimentary of their service. Because their service and attitude was so impressive I may seriously consider making the drive when I need tires.

Austin went above and Beyond to help us out with needing a new tire. No one else local, wanted to deal with going through the claim process with our Gap coverage. He had it done in no time and had our SUV in and out before the time I told him I’d return. They have the upmost respectful service and they are all SO, SO kind and greet you so warmingly. I won’t ever go through anyone else. Hands down deserves more than just 5 Stars!! Use them, they have the best deals and customer service. Did I mention that they go Above and Beyond to help you get exactly what you need or want!! 10/10 Recommend!! Cannot wait to be a continuous customer for years to come!!! Thanks to all the guys! Highly recommend the guys at Hayworth Tire. My wife has gone in several times for tire related issues with her Suburban, and the guys at the desk have made such a good impression that she has told me “I’m a customer for life!”. They are respectful, and don’t treat her like she’s dumb because she’s a woman, and have gone out of their way to help her out with various things. Today they installed new tires on her car and did an alignment for a reasonable price. The car was in and out in fast and is driving great now. Can’t recommend them enough - skip the rest and go to the best!

I was informed that my plate lights were out and that I would need to go to the Toyota dealership to get them replaced because they were LED lights. Not wanting to spend $100 plus dollars for 3 minutes of labor I called Hayworth's, he told me to stop by when I had some time and he'd take a look at it. I did that and he found it hard to believe that it would have to be a dealership issue, but in looking in his computer lo and behold it is something that's required at the dealership. However, he said it was really rare for LED lights to burn out and asked to take a look at it. When he looked at it they weren't burned out. Strange because my daughter had gotten pulled over the night before for that exact thing. So he said to keep an eye on it and if it happens again it could possibly be electrical. What impressed me was him not trying to sell me on parts and labor for something I didn't need and may not have worked anyway. Also, that he went right out to look at it instead of making me sit around. I'm disabled and time is precious to me. I'm recent to the area and have now found my new mechanic.

Hayworth Tire and Auto Service did an outstanding job installing a level kit and new wheels on my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I had the wheels shipped in from a third party and they had no trouble storing them until the scheduled appointment. They were fast too. I waited while they did the job and I was out of there in three hours. The price was fair and included an alignment. Hayworth has done other work for me and I keep coming back because I trust their mechanics to get the job done correctly. I would recommend Hayworth Tire and Auto Service for all of your auto needs.

Some of the best service I have ever had from a garage! After having my wife’s vehicle towed to Champion Chevrolet and setting there for two days with nobody even looking at it, took it here and was in an out in less than two hours! They were honest, professional and never once tried to take advantage of me! I will be using them for all of my needs moving forward! Great shop and great people!
