Stopped in today, spoke with an extremely rude lady behind the counter about just getting an estimate, said it almost be a month to get a 20 minute estimate, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I Have brought several cars here in the past for repairs, apparently this place has gone downhill! I called B & E Collision and they were very informative and helpful in the repair process. I really hate it when a company you’ve always trusted can no longer be counted on To treat their customers good.

So many things. My back drivers side tire was flat when pulling out, there were clips missing on the front drivers quarter panel over the wheel weld that he said had been ordered and weren’t in, is June, this was last October and that they would call me when they arrived. My entire interior was covered in glitter from what I assume was from the paint. My speedometer gauge is scuffed. My windshield has been coated with something that makes my wipers not work on part of it now. Trim falling off my back drivers wheel weld. My entire car smelled like a combination of sweat and chemicals. Would never take anything to this body shop again. Kept my car forever and then had me come pick it up, dirty, unfinished, with a flat tire and a ruined interior. Trust me, pick somewhere else.

I had a small issue with a loose molding on my car. It only needed new snap-in clips to repair and Anthony took the time to check if they might have the clips in house so it could be repaired that day. They did not have the parts, so he ordered them and in a few days the repair was finished. Since it wasn't a lot of time required to make the repair he told me to drop in any time and he would handle it. I came in for the repair and 20 minutes later it was completed. Can't get better service than that. I thank Anthony for his quick response and knowing it was important to me even though it wasn't a big deal.

The work they did was fine. I had a forward collision with an animal and they replaced everything necessary and the paint they used matched decently. Now for the reason of the two star rating. I have a sound system in my car, which includes a sub in my trunk. I had it professionally tuned about a week prior to the accident. After I was told my car was completed at The Body Shop and I went to retrieve it I noticed something. After driving it for a day or two I had realized nothing I've listened to sounded as it normally would, very distorted and much louder than usual. After investigating my wires and knob I had seen that my each one of the knobs on my Amp was turned to max. Clearly I figured it was safe to leave everything inside my personal car, especially since the damage to my vehicle had absolutely nothing to do with my trunk or its contents. Apparently I was wrong to assume that considering they supposedly decided to use my car as their shop radio for a week or so. I never reached out to The Body Shop about this issue, I just dealt with it myself and paid the $111 to get my sub tuned again with professional equipment. I was never going to post a review, but I just recently upgraded my sound equipment and it had me thinking about what happened and I decided I'd share it with the internet.

I had a terrible experience with this shop, they first told me the repairs could take about a week, after two weeks, i started calling and asking questions. They gave me excuse after excuse, they had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks. And then when i got the car back, the headlight they repaired was scratched up, and nicked in the top corner, and it’s also foggy it seems, it looks worse than the headlight that’s been on there for over a year. My insurance paid for a brand new headlight and this obviously is not one. I didn’t even bother calling to complain because i’m worried they will take my car for another 3 weeks. I don’t recommend this place to anybody looking for repairs.

For some reason they didn’t call me to bring my truck in for several months after they said that they could repair it. I had also contracted them to repaint the hood and roof out of my own pocket since the clear coating was coming off. When they called and said the truck was ready. The bumper replacement was fixed but no repaint was done. I just took the truck and left. If they don’t want my business I can go other places. The work that was done was good just not complete as requested.
