Fast, professional and precise work. Technicians are knowledgeable and communicate very clearly. 5/5 will recommend and definitely will be returning to get more work done, even work I would normally do myself. EDIT: They did it again! Took my Jeep back for some cosmetics and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Installation is clean, was quick, and very professional. Technicians were very knowledgeable and helped make informed decisions for the cosmetic install. Service quality was so good, I am actively searching for more cosmetic and mechanical upgrades to my vehicle.

I had crashed my F150, and I had it towed to Jb. They looked at it for 15 minutes, and charged me $85. They said "We do every part of the frame and axle, except that one." It was a bent front I beam. I took it to DMC auto, and they are looked at it the night I brought it in. They are ordering the part, and are going to put it in. DMC is better, and faster than JB. I will never go back to JB

We had an awesome experience using JB Autoworks Towing. The driver was beyond friendly and professional. He was able to quickly get my Class C motorhome to my house. I have a steeper driveway and a tunnel going onto my road. These were no issues for him! He backed up my driveway and dart my RV right where I wanted it! He even explained what the problem was causing my camper to stall out. He has the best prices in town especially for the level of care and service he provided.
