I use to take my car here for every oil change/tire rotation and service of any kind, brakes etc… I had my car there last on a Monday for its usual maintenance. By Wednesday I had a coolant leak in the engine. Had to buy a new car that day and will never trust them again! They would leave the dipstick out of its place and oil would splatter all over my engine. They once didn’t put the wipers on correctly and I was driving down i75 in the pouring rain a day later and the wiper came flying off. The wiper scratched the windshield and luckily I was right next to the McDonough exit where there was an express oil change open. They never checked cabin filer until I asked them too and it had a huge hole in it. I assumed they checked those but never did in 3 years of services. I took my vehicle every 5,000 miles for oil changes and tire rotations. I take very good care of my cars. These guys seem nice and honest but they’re lazy! It will bite you in the end! I bought a Volvo and only trust the Volvo dealership in Macon now. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased a used car from Carmax, and they agreed to fix a couple of things on the car, per the 90 day warranty. After a mix-up at the dealership regarding an appointment to fix the car Carmax sent me to Express Oil. I needed a part from the manufacturer for the car and the manufacturer sent the wrong part the first time. I will say the car is fixed, parts replaced and the staff at Express Oil were all very professional and helpful in resolving my issue with the car.
