I unfortunately had a flat tire and was in need of a towing truck. I reached out to multiple places but was given an outrageous wait time but I would like to shout out Steven , he went over and beyond tonight . On the evening of 9/12/25, our car broke down and we needed a tow. I called Kitchens the morning of 9/13/25 and Debbie answered the phone and was attentive to what I had to say. On a Sunday afternoon, I got a flat tire on my 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid halfway between Hilton Head South Carolina and Atlanta. I was extremely stressed out because I was 143 mi from the Fayetteville Tesla service center and it was a hundred miles the other way to the Savannah Tesla service Center. Chris B with Kitchens Automotive and Towing called me immediately upon the service request to let me know he was in route to pick up my vehicle, and that he would tow it to the Fayetteville, GA service center. He was kind, professional and on time. He let me know when my vehicle was dropped off and sent me a picture. I would definitely recommend using them if you need any services. They exceeded my expectations!

Steven was very careful and professional when finding where to best place his recovery straps, as well as, added additional wedges at the base of the tow bed prior to engaging the power cable to get my car up on the deck. We had an incredible experience with this towing company, and especially with our driver, Steven. He is truly one of the most wonderful people. We were in a really stressful situation and couldn’t find a solution or a shop that could take our car on a Sunday. Steven went above and beyond — he literally drove us around for five hours with our car on the back while we searched, until we finally found a truck rental company. He did all of this because he genuinely cared about our safety and wanted to make sure we get back home to Florida. That kind of dedication is rare these days. On top of that, the pricing was more than fair. Steven is an amazing guy and this company is lucky to have him. Highly, highly recommend!
