Customer service was great. I had a recall on my jeep that was supposed to take about 3 weeks. Thank goodness it only took 3 business days. My service rep was very kind and could tell I was not happy about leaving my newly purchased vehicle for 3 weeks. They were on it immediately and we he called to tell me it was ready, I almost cried. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much!

I have never had anything other than a great experience and service whenever I have brought in one my Mopar babies or SRTs for service here. The service desk has always treated me with great respect and taken the time to answer any questions I may have regardless of how trivial or repetitive they may seem. It is a rarity. Any of us who love the Mopar brand know the service centers at some of our dealerships leave a lot to be desired not just in skills but respect. I have a (Left blank Intentionally) CDJR dealership right around the corner from me and I still drive thirty minutes to Warner Robins CDJR. The other CDJR had a technician do a brake repair on my Hellcat Charger. He took it for a test which is normal. However, he didn’t realize I had a tracker on my baby. My phone started blowing up with speed alerts. The tech was doing over 95 miles per hour in my hellcat on I75 by mile marker 142. I alerted staff and showed them live snail trail feed of the tech. Do you know these sorry excuse for service personnel asked me to have a talk with the tech when he came back. Like it’s my job!!! I told the manager and he had a conversation with the tech and the manager said “it’s okay, he was just getting the car up to performance speed to test the brakes.” 🤬 I informed him that in the great state of Georgia GSP takes people to jail and impound their vehicles for getting “THEIR CARS” up to performance speed. If the speed limit is 70mph why would any one try and justify their tech going 25+ miles over the speed limit on I75? The most unfortunate part about all of it is I was optimistic and foolish enough to go back despite the red flags, negligence and declining service to get a much worse and costly experience than that one. I happily drive pass that other dealership with a smile and I wave every time I have to go to the fair, service my baby or buy a new vehicle. I take my 30 min drive to Five Star in Warner Robins. It’s worth the drive to me and it will be for you. Especially, if you don’t want your baby being driven like it’s in Nascar or at Radford racing school.

Service department is great. I worked with David and I would give him 5 stars. Issue I had was with parts. The way he spoke and dismissed me was very condescending. I will go somewhere else for parts. But service was great.

I’m giving Five Star CDJ Ram 3 out of 5 star rating because, the mechanics analysis and repair were outstanding (5 of 5) however, the communication from the CSR was poor and the overall time to repair two downstream O2 sensors, oil change, and rotate tires shouldn’t have taken two days to repair. Having extensively worked on cars for 50+ years taking 2 days to make these repairs indicates to me that appointments are being stacked. Just for reference, I made an appointment for 8:00 AM Monday and the car wasn’t ready until Tuesday afternoon, around 3:30-4:00 PM. Again, the actual work performed was excellent. Having worked my entire career in customer service capacity, communication was poor. In the future I will perform most repairs at home and bring the cars in for major repairs only.

David Rivera was outstanding! He answered all my questions, kept me informed of unknown issues with the vehicle, precisely described the issues, the required fix, and provided recommendations. He really did an outstanding job and his customer service was exceptional which is extremely important to me!

Excellent service. Repairs were done expertly, on time, and in cooperation with our insurance company. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs. It was a nice bonus to find the interior of the car had been finely detailed.

My vehicle has been in that shop for 3 months+. If Amber was the advisor I would have not known because she never contacted me. I was told that the warranty company was going to take care of the repair and then I get a call 3 months later stating I'll have to pay $3200. 👀. Since there was no charge for diagnostic and I explained to the Managers that I wasn't going to pay that. I was told that they wasn't going to put my engine back together and I had to get my vehicle towed. The vehicle was driven there and it started when It was brought there. The car is not operation now. I was never asked if I wanted to pay for the vehicle to be put back together. It wasn't an option. I will never bring a vehicle back to this shop ever again. I've been a customer for over 15 years and an employee there as well and I've never seen anything like this. Ended up getting my vehicle towed to another shop because what turned out to be no charge for diagnostic, which was the dealership decision, and ended up being we’re not going to put your vehicle back together because I wasn’t in agreement with what was being charge when the original answer was the warranty got you fully covered. And by the way my vehicle was drivable when I gave it to the dealership. A bad experience all around. I would have given no stars, but it wouldn’t allow me to post without selecting. I’ve been going to this dealership for over 15 years and this is how it’s turned out.

It was just different this time. Much better. The new guy in training told and showed me things about my tires that I didn’t know. Very helpful! And kept me updated on everything. No complaints!

I was quoted almost 6K from this dodge dealer to replace my power steering pump INSANE & left very discouraged after my car was left there for approximately 4 days without any calls to touch basis with me. I had to contact them for information and then they only texted me the quote! I took my car to Precision only paying around $1300.00. Jessica was so professional/courteous and worked to make it affordable for me with a warranty and even gave an option for financing. I brought my car there on Tuesday and left with it fixed on the same day. Precision Tune Auto Care really made the difference and I will always patronize their business. The best thing this dealership did was offer a discounted fee for my quote. I don’t plan on returning!

I had a very frustrating experience trying to purchase a truck here. I was at the dealership for over 8 hours on two separate days, with my 1-year-old and 4-year-old, which made the entire process even more difficult and stressful. We spent hours working numbers on a truck under the impression that it qualified for the 2025 0% APR promotion, something we were specifically told by the sales representative that it was covered under. After wasting most of the day, we were then told the truck did not qualify. To make matters worse, the second truck we had already run numbers on also did not qualify, despite being led to believe otherwise. The lack of accurate information upfront cost us an incredible amount of time. The process of getting to finance and discussing payment options took far longer than reasonable, with long waits and little communication throughout the day. Had we been given correct information from the beginning, we could have avoided hours of unnecessary waiting—especially with two small children in tow. Buying a vehicle should not take multiple full days just to find out the deal you were quoted was never possible in the first place. I would strongly recommend better communication, transparency, and respect for customers’ time, especially families.

Detailed maintenance. Staff communicates well. Amber did a great job letting me know what was going on throughout the repair process. Pretty expensive, but to be expected when working with dealers.

I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT in for an oil change. After inspection, the rep brought paperwork recommending work that needed doing. I knew I had a coolant leak, and the it was detected in the thermostat. In addition, I was shown a photo of a PCV valve that was extremely dirty, cruddy, and gunky, and they recommended replacing it. The paperwork also said that I requested a power steering fluid flush. I did not, I merely asked them to check my fluid levels and I had to point that out to them. I declined any work on the power steering fluid and the PCV valve, meaning I paid for the oil change only instead of the approximately $800 maintenance they said I needed. A couple of days later I took my truck to a local mechanic, and he verified my thermostat was leaking, and the cost to fix it was $67 less than your shop quoted. They inspected my PCV valve and said absolutely nothing was wrong with it. They also checked my fluid levels and determined that everything else was fine, with the exception of a very minor oil leak. Interesting since your company just changed my oil, so I have no idea if you failed to detect the leak or caused it. I feel that your rep showed me a fake photo of the PCV valve because there is no way those two stories could differ that much. I doubt an honest local mechanic would lie about it being good if it wasn’t because he would be throwing away a chance to make money. I’m sad to say that I no longer trust your business practices to handle my vehicle maintenance needs. I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. I’ve lost trust in your shop and probably won’t be back.

Had a parasitic draw on my 2014 Ram. Tried finding it for couple weeks, my scanner showed no codes. Took it down to the shop, they found multiple codes. Took them about 2 days to find the problem. Radio went bad, since it controls alot no telling what had gone bad. Got the new part in, truck runs great again. Great service, great price.

Saturday drop in. Performed service requested. A slight delay due to an unexpected error that was resolved quickly and they provided clear directions on how to fix issue... staff pleasant and welcoming. Clearly communicated. Did attempt to upset services but did not over push recommendations.

So far, my expectations seem met. I like having a female Service Rep and, at this point, have no reason to suspect being taken advantage of as a woman which happens at some service centers. I do extensive online research on any repairs & maintenance before scheduling service in order to know the approximate cost of parts and repairs. Five Star pricing has been inline with what I anticipate costs to be. I will continue as a Five Star customer so long as I feel I’m receiving good and honest service and am treated with respect.
