The place is a gem! We were traveling to Florida and picked up a screw in our boat trailer tire. They had the old tire off and patched in 30 minutes for 30 dollars. Our family vacation could have been really delayed with kids and a dog in the car but they saved the day! If we lived closer we’d come here for all our tire work! Thank you, thank you, thank you Raffield Tire!

Purchased a used Toyota Tacoma recently, and after about a week of driving it noticed that the alignment may have been off as the vehicle drifted to the right when the steering wheel was in the upright position. Took it to Raffield due to the positive reviews I had seen on here, and was not disappointed. Had to wait a few hours due to the fact that they were working on other customers vehicles, but they still managed to get me taken care of in a pretty timely manner. Got the alignment as well as my tires balanced and rotated, and my vehicle drives extremely smooth now. Would definitely recommend based off of the service I received. Not to mention that the people at the service desk were extremely professional and friendly.

I came in without an appointment with a noisy ride. They started working on my van within 30 minutes. They took all four tires off, examined, spun balance and rotated. They had found a separated tire. I asked them to put the spare on. They did. They refused to charge me anything. Finally, they said I could tip the mechanic 20 bucks and I did. Had I lived in the area, I would’ve bought a set of tires from them.😃

I went in to get my mustang checked out as it was making a funny noise & was also due for an oil change/tire rotation. Ashley Holman (manager) greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me instantly. I know nothing about cars so I was completely in the dark of where to start with the noise coming from my car. She told me not to worry and offered to check it out herself, which gave me peace of mind. She found the problem in a matter of 10 minutes and was able to fix it with no issue. The customer service I experienced was amazing to say the least. I will always recommend Ashley at Raffield Tire off Watson!!!

My sister and I had traveled from Virginia on May 22nd to attend our nephew’s high school graduation on May 23rd. On the 21st I had gotten my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, with 17,000 miles on it , ready for its first real road trip, including 4 new tires. We stayed at the Hampton Inn on Watson Blvd right across the street from Raffield Tire Master (thank my lucky stars). On the drive down, we had fallen in behind a cement truck that left the Jeep covered in white dust. After checking in to the hotel, I went to a car wash right next door to the Hampton Inn, one of those drive-thru type for $2.50. No cars or people at the place as I drove up, clearly hadn’t been open for some time so I made a U-turn back to the hotel. Dashboard light showed that “low tire” sign every driver hates to see. Out of the car, yep driver rear tire almost flat. Drove across the street to Raffield, spoke to Randy at the desk who treated me so kindly and said we will call you in a couple of hours. Within an hour they called, said we plugged it up good as new. I walked over expecting to hand over a few hundred bucks for another new tire. Nope, Randy says “ ma’am, you are a traveler, no charge, and handed me a sheet metal screw ( likely from the car wash ). That’s how we do it here”. Living 11 miles from our Nations Capital, I am a bit of a cynic, things don’t happen like this. Well, 700 miles south in Georgia they absolutely happen that way. Randy and his staff at Raffield Tire on Watson deserved more than 5 gold stars for rescuing these travelers. FYI, nephew graduated Friday the 23rd from Veterans High School with honors ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter had her oil changed and tires rotated a few months back mainly because I was not able to get to it in a timely manner. This past weekend was time to change her oil again. I immediately asked her where she had it changed. They lost the screws that holds the skid plate in place and used the wrong sized screws with oversized washers that were themselves almost too large to prevent the head from coming through the center hole. The oil plug was on extremely tight to the point I wasn’t sure I wasn’t going to be able to get it off. Absolutely no excuse for these poor practices. In addition, They rung off the stud on one of the hubs and never said a word to anyone. This is pure and simply unprofessional and lacking integrity. As a father, I was infuriated. They sent my daughter out with a smile on their face without even a second thought. This location is a poor excuse and representation of Raffield Tire Master. I hope their daughters never experience unsafe practices as mine has. Pathetic excuse of a tire store. The manager should be demoted. The Watson location has drastically went down hill since the previous manager retired nearly two years ago. If I could give them zero stars, I would. UPDATE: As a result of this review, Randy at Raffield promptly contacted me to discuss it. He admitted that some past personnel issues have contributed to a challenging period at Raffield. He apologized and offered to refund the monies for the broken stud, gave us four additional oil changes free of charge, and has ordered the correct hardware from Toyota for the skid plate. I find this to be very honorable on his part. Randy has recently been reassigned to this location in order build the reputation of this company back up. Based on his efforts to rectify this situation, I suspect this location will soon be on top again. Thank you Randy for reaching out and going beyond to put this unfortunate situation behind us both!

I had been thinking about getting a specific tire and size for my Jeep for a while and have priced them at a few places in Ohio where I am from. I got in to Warner Robins for work and decided to see how long it would take to order the tires that I want and what the price would be. They had the tires ordered and on my vehicle within 2 hours of me walking in AND they were $100 (total) cheaper than the best price that I was given in Ohio. I am happy that I stopped in to Raffield when I did and am very impressed with their work, price and customer service. I highly recommend this business.

I had the pleasure of visiting Raffield Tire-Master in January 2025 while I was away from home and faced unexpected car trouble. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Charles, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet. He took the time to assess my situation and provided exceptional service, ensuring I felt confident in the repairs needed. As someone from out of town, I appreciated that they could have easily taken advantage of my situation, but instead, they treated me with honesty and respect. They worked to get my car so I could drive home (over 150 miles away) while it was in limp mode. A known issue with the make & model of my car, had caused me to experience a bad engine seizure while on the way back home from vacation in Florida. To my surprise once I arrived home, they even called me to check in and make sure I made it home safely. Now, i don't live in Warner Robbins, and may not come back to Warner Robbins for a very long time, but they still made the effort and took the time to reach out and make sure I was safe!! Phenomenal! Where do you get service like that today? I can't thank Charles and the team at Raffield on Watson Blvd enough for their outstanding support during a stressful time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire or automotive services!

I could go on and on about this place. I drive two hours to bring my car here. They have been nothing but amazing for everything I've needed with my car. I tell them that my car likes them because anytime I come up this way to see family it likes to show it's problems.

Last week I took my truck to Raffield Tire Master in Warner Robins. They did a terrible job, one of my tires flat the next day, they left all the lug nuts loose and damaged, I could have lost a dam tire on the interstate with my babies on the truck, I’m very disappointed of their service. I left thinking they did a great job, to my surprise they did the opposite, thankfully we got the flat tire otherwise we could’ve a very bad accident due to their lack of professionalism.

Wrong oil filter housing and filter installed. Poor communication. Kept my car 2 days for tires and oil change. Be careful... Wiper fluid hoses missing after repairs not able to use wiper fluid. Car is leaking oil in my garage found next day. New set of tires, pressures were not set. Just sloppy work!!! I waited 2 full business days patiently at your business. Only to hear one story after another and bad results on my end. Your services are no longer desired from Danny or his facility. May God have mercy on your wicked spirits!!!

We were stranded on our way home from Gainesville to Ohio, these fine gentlemen took care of us in our desperate and scary time of need. They made us feel comfortable and at ease instantly. Diagnosed, repaired and back on the road in no time. We encountered their great southern hospitality and are still so grateful.

I've been to this location multiple times with different vehicles over the years, but my experience is always top notch. The staff is always friendly and I don't get the suspicion that they're trying to screw me all the way over like other auto centers (i.e. Mavis...). I went today for an oil change and the experience was the same. I still remember years ago my Corolla had a clogged washer fluid line and they rigged up a bypass for me for free until I could afford a complete replacement! Very good people and they seem to genuinely enjoy their job and connecting with others.
