So far my wife’s car has been there a month. I call them just about 13-14 times a week 99% of the time I don’t get a answer. I spoke with the lady at the office last week and was told they don’t know when it will be finish or the price. I been to the hospital and continue to check on it still and I have yet to get a answer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody at all.

I was deployed and this MF bill took my $500 and sent my truck to the impound… don’t go to him he will take forever and blame u for it … this guys a real POS to active duty military

I didn't use him but he did a terrible job on my friend's car. He is suppose to be great with older cars but he sure messed up my friend's dated Lincoln. He wouldn't even take a penny off the price.

Took vehicle to this place several times and every time I got it back, it was not fixed. The last time I took it there (I know I was an idiot to even try this shop again but I did). The shop got paid $3400.00 to do an engine repair, well after 6 MONTHS, yes thats right, 6 MONTHS, I finally got car back, this time it lasted a total of two days before it left my wife stranded on interstate again. After further inspection by another repair shop, it was pointed out to me that some hoses were taped together, gaskets not replaced, covers not put back, air filter was missing, and the list goes on. Please take my advice, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BILL'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, DO NOT!!!

Slade your the one that duct tape your own hoses and your girl friend drove car for two yrs after engine work and you paid nothing out of pocket insurance did and you even lost in court so stop bashing bills auto repair. And to ivory we have tried several time to contact you if your satisfied with the used tear end in your truck for you to bring it back before warranty ran out and for all people reading the reviews we don't charge you for parts we don't install

WORST MECHANIC IVE EVER USED! Took my truck to have motor replaced. They overheated a brand new motor I purchased from another consumer then refused to work on it (while telling me they were working on it) once I finally have up on them, picked up my truck, took to another mechanic who then stated that hoses were hooked up wrong and that it had been overheated. So we're not even gonna give him (BILLs automotive) an opportunity to fix his mistakes because after weeks of the vehicle sitting at his shop untouched, I'm to assume he had no interest in fixing his screw ups. So if your getting more than your usual oil change or brake repair, any kind of engine repair, I would not recommend this shop.

We had an issue with the brake lights on my son’s car. After checking the fuse and the bulbs, Which we’re still good, I was stumped at what it could be. I called Bill’s Automotive, and the lady that answered the phone was able to give me some insight to what the issue might be. She told me to check the Neutral/Brake Light Switch, which I didn’t even think about. I replaced the Brake Light Switch, which solved the issue. It takes GREAT Customer Service to help customers over the phone, without making them come in order to have their vehicle diagnosed. GREAT Job, Bill’s!! Thank you for your help. I will definitely come see you when and if any other vehicle issues arise.

He saved me $400. I took my car to Five Star Nissian and was told my front brake pads needed to be replaced and was told it would be $279, Took my car to Express oil change and was told my car needed all new brake pads and rotors and it was going to be $600. Took my car to Bill's automotive and he showed me my rotors in comparison to bad ones and showed me my bad brake pads. All of my rotors were good and all 4 of my brake pads needed to be replaced. I like that he actually showed me the "bad" parts instead of just telling me they were bad. I paid $200 to have all four brake pads plus labor done. I am definitely going to be coming here from now on without hesitation! Everybody here was very friendly and helpful as well.

I went to Bill's out of referral from my uncle to replace a rack and pinion (in which Firestone on Watson said was the issue when they did their so-call diagnosetic). When taking my vehicle to Bill, it was discovered that it was something as simple as a bolt. I am thankful for Bill's honesty in that he wasn't trying to rip me off like Firestone tried to do. For now own, he will be the only one touching my car. Thank you all so much for what you do, and May God continue to bless you for all you do.
