Service department Rep was very knowledgeable explaining my repair issue. He was very courteous and eased my fears about getting it fixed and having me back on the road. The reason for the two star deduction: the total cost of repairs ($1500) seemed very high for a thermostat replacement on a Buick Lacrosse. This is the "Only Reason" why I don't take my car to dealerships. For the average person that cost would send ripples through their savings account. The only reason I solicited your business was because I was from out of town and had no choice. Again great service but you will never get my business on normal repairs!

I was happy to work with Hasheen and would like to work with him in the future. He was helpful in getting the tire service I needed. The experience from this recent visit was much better than some of my previous visits. My in-out time ended up being a little faster than I thought it would. I believe that I got a great deal on the tires during the BUY 3, GET 1 FOR $1 sale. My only disappointment was having to clean my rims and tires from oily smears when I got home. Thanks!

I dropped my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 off on September 6th, and my vehicle sat for 7 weeks with bare minimum communication and no repair work being done. Week 1 – 9/6: I explained my vehicle was having a transmission-related clunk upon coming to a stop. I was told by a male service advisor that the technician would attempt to diagnose it Monday. Week 2: I began calling Tuesday multiple times throughout the day and was unable to reach my service advisor, who was the only person that could give me a status update. I tried Wednesday as well, only to be told he was with a customer, that he would call me back, or that the receptionist could take a message. Around Friday, I was finally able to get a hold of my service advisor, who stated they couldn’t replicate the issue but would try again to diagnose it. He also mentioned I could come to the dealership Saturday and ride with the technician. Currently three hours away I arrived Saturday, but neither my service advisor nor the technician were working that day. A female advisor informed the service director, and we went for a drive together. The issue occurred multiple times before we even left the dealership. We also noticed my vehicle had not moved from where it was parked on 9/6. The service director apologized and said the vehicle would be in a bay the following week. Week 3: This week was full of attempted calls and messages left in an effort to reach my advisor for an update. Each time, messages were taken with a promise of a call back. When I finally received a call at 6 PM, the service advisor stated they had put in a warranty claim to get the process started. Week 4 – Friday, Oct 3: I arrived in town and went to the dealership, requesting to pick up the vehicle due to a family emergency. I promised to return the vehicle by Sunday. The truck was parked, and the keys were dropped into the hopper as requested. I attempted to reach the dealership Monday and Tuesday with no luck, but finally got through on Thursday and was told they were waiting for me to drop the vehicle back off — even though it had been there since Sunday. Week 5: I was told they had diagnosed the vehicle and that a warranty adjuster was coming to inspect it. Hearing this, I was relieved that things were moving forward and decided to give them extra time before following up the next week. On October 18, I stopped by the dealership in person for an update, only to find that nothing had been done to my vehicle. There had been an inspection of the transmission fluid condition and a note about a rear differential seal leak weeks prior, but no further progress. No parts had been ordered, no scheduling, and no warranty adjuster had been scheduled, as no claim had actually been started. I received a form stating “ customer chose to pick up vehicle due to time constraints”. While I’m grateful to receive anything at this point , this document does not show any ownership or a timeline of what was done or not done in the 7 weeks. It merely puts the fault on to me for picking up vehicle instead of letting it remain with department and will likely be visible to other dealers. Not what I expected coming from such a large dealership especially not with the multitude of excuses, lies, and lack of communication. Would love to hear back from someone as im still in need of vehicle service.

Hasheen Wells went above and beyond his duties to get our Yukon repaired and on the road! We had just purchased this NEW GMC and had less than 500 miles on it when we had issues with it. We were on our way to Illinois from Florida. I called Five Star and they got me in ASAP. Hasheen kept me informed on the process and explained to me throughly the issues and what was done to fix it.
