I came in from out of town with an issue with my car that happened on our drive up. Justen at service greeted us with a friendly smile. He was very nice, patient, knowledgeable and so eager to help us. Within an hour the vehicle was diagnosed & everything was explained to us. He answered all our questions and laid out all available options to us. Service was quick & precise. Definitely stop in here! They are amazing, fast, and get the job done right the first time. I recently purchased a 2025 Pathfinder from Five Star Nissan. I had a great experience with the purchase of the vehicle. When I saw the vehicle online it checked all the boxes that I was looking for. Kylar Rice and his manager Steve worked hard and long to reach the price I was looking to pay to get me into a new vehicle. With many videos and conversations we were able to reach a price that we were both happy with. I uber 30 minutes for this place to tell me I will be walking out with a car, I told a lady name Shanice my credit score and how much I’m willing to put down and she still says she helped someone with a 450 credit score, obviously mines a way higher credit score. If you looking to finance a car with them do not. They will lie straight to your face and have you eager to buy a car. Don’t do it horrible

I bought my truck from this dealership. The truck didn’t have matching tires and no tow hitch. I told the sales member and manager that not having a tow hitch was a deal breaker for me. We negotiated that I’d pay for half and they’d get me all terrain tires on the truck (which should have been on the truck instead of the 3 different types of tires). We negotiated a day that I would not have the truck to get the services completed and was guaranteed to be able to pick up my truck the next day. Well, here I am picking up my truck and only half the work done and a manager looking at me like “what do you want me to do?” I want you guys to make good on your promises! He literally said, “well, I can’t install the tow hitch” and “don’t worry about it, we have it paid for.” Before you speak, see that I paid for half of it myself and feeling cheated now. I have several friends looking for vehicles and will not be referring here. I’m annoyed and disappointed as well as feeling disrespected for not getting the decency of clarity. If they couldn’t get the work done in one day, then that’s okay as long as they are clear about it. Why am I wasting more of my time for your lack of consideration? The last question I was asked before leaving disappointed was “how can I make this right?” Maybe, you can propose answers to that before just dismissing my concern. Thank you for the loaner vehicle but I want MY TRUCK! Now I have to take it to a U-Haul in Macon and wait for the service to get done now, wasting my own time again. Keeping 1/2 of your promises is worthless. **Update: Found out the rude manager was the general sales manager (Mike Rembert). My sales person got ahold of me and specifically said, “ I’m frustrated and I want to make this right.” That is character ladies and gentleman. Management claimed they had no idea what was going on, but how can a manager not know what their own people are doing? It’s not like the sales person is just making up their own rules. The fact that he tried to blame the sales person was egregious. Take responsibility of the situation and offer solutions to make the customer happy. I’m willing to add an extra star because of the sales person’s want to fulfill the dealership’s promise. A manger approved the negotiation so a manager is who should be fixing the lack of follow-through.

My Family prayed before we went into WR 5 ⭐ Nissan. We went in to look at a $5000 2014 Nissan however it had been sold. Then we test drove a 2016 large GMC however was declined. Then they asked us if we wanted a brand new 2025 Nissan Kicks Play. We thought they were joking. We walked out with that SUV, & it could only have been God that made it happen. Amen!
