I needed a headlight changed for my Chevy Equinox, and Jarrell Ellis delivered! Jarrell did not stop working on my car until the job was done. He knew exactly what he was doing and didn't mess up the inside of my vehicle. He changed the light out for me and potentially saved me two extra trips to other stores and a lot of money. I went to Auto Zone on May 28 and Gyronica greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help. I needed a diagnosis on my Avenger & she got the equipment & came right out. When she ran the report she told me what I needed & she even pulled up a price lost so I could see what it would cost. She was very helpful & so friendly she really made a bright spot in my day !!! She has customer service down to a fine art. Her manager should be very happy with her work attitude and smiling face providing great service.

Very Unprofessional and tore up my brand new 2022 vehicle. Went in for a battery install and they messed up my electrical and still couldnβt replace the battery. Cost over 2k in damages all for a $120 battery install. No lights on before going and now my dashboard is lit up like a Christmas Tree

If you are military, I would steer clear. Managers demeanor towards other costumers and myself was very unprofessional. The manager was very condescending and went against policy knowingly, while other staff had to recommend going to other alternate store where they actually honor policy.

I went to purchase interior plastic detailer and asked a representative for assistance as I did not know which was best for my vehicle. She explained that she did not know anything about the products but suggested I use a product that was for exterior vehicle scratches. I ended up going with one of her suggestions and explained that I would immediately use the product (considering was parked outside) and if it did not work I would return it. She stated she βdid not hear anything.β Following, the product did not work for the intended purpose so I returned inside to return it. The employee seemed frustrated and stated βI can not return this because I can not sell it.β I stood there confused because of her reaction as we had a whole conversation prior to my purchase and I specifically asked her for guidance. In frustration, she told me she could only offer me merchandise credit, which was fine. However, as a customer I was extremely displeased because of her service. I will no longer be visiting this location. Going forward I am willing to drive the distance for better customer service.

She helped me and educated me on why it died quicker than typical. She was kind, quick and professional. Great job, she should train the other locations on customer service!!!! π
