Lost key to vehicle, waited weeks til working on car. Nothing went right with it afterwards. Due to other reports they are selective with who they work with first. Try Firestone. I had to donate the vehicle to worthy cause!

Mother In law took her daughters gmc Arcadia to them because the power steering was going in and out. They told her it was the power steering pump when it showed no signs of needing replaced, said they replaced it and never replaced it, went to another shop and they told me right away it was the rack and pinion. Way to take advantage of a woman. What goes around comes around!

I take my car to see why it wasn’t starting. They fixed the problem but caused another. I was trying to get body work done to my car and was taking it to the body after I left them. They took it a pond themselves to fix it and I didn’t tell them too And when I got to the body shop dude told me they created a bigger problem for me. They didn’t ask if it was okay that they do this. And it had nothing to do with getting the car to start. And on top of that the work was very very sloppy. It look worse than before. When I realized what they did I call back up to the shop to tell them I didn’t authorize that , the owner got very aggressive and started yelling at me. Told me I need to be grateful and say thank you. And hang up on me. He was very rude. I was trying to tell him I didn’t approve it and next time ask the customer before doing anything that’s not asked of him.I wasn’t even trying to cause any problems or trouble. But that my car I have a right to have an opinion or say to what need to be done to my car. They never should have assume they can just do what they want to someone else property. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. YOU MIGHT HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEMS WHEN YOU LEAVE. THAT’S GOING TO COST YOU MORE MONEY TO FIX.

This is the best shop I have ever been to they honest they are excellent exsperienced mechanics they don't try and take advantage of the customers they don't over charge the customers if you need a mechanic that's the best I suggest you get your car there today they fixed this car even when I only needed a battery they did that

I would move to GA just to hang with Big T 😀. My young son and I were traveling and ran into tire trouble an hour or so south of Big T’s. He found my odd sized tire and got us back on the road in no time. While it was being worked on, he took the time to show us car pics and some vintage items. It was a delightful step back in time. An amazing shop with amazing people — 100% recommend ❤️
