Facts: Vehicle: Tesla Model 3 Scope of works: replace rear quarter panel, passenger side. Duration: 7 WEEKS Cost: $7,700 If you would like to be without your vehicle for two months and pay an arm and a leg for a simple body panel replacement, this is the place. I will not go there again. Every week they would tell me the vehicle will be ready the following week, misleading customers expectations. They would send me text messages that the vehicle is in painting process, I stopped by the shop, the vehicle was in the parking lot not repaired yet. Picked up the vehicle with incomplete repair and EV battery @ 12%.

These guys are the best I've ever dealt with...so easy to communicate with and made everything perfect again..Just had to use RCI again and as usual it was a phenomenal experience...I don't even do reviews too quick but I've done one both times these guys have did work on my vehicle because I'm simply impressed every time

Used for insurance repairs to our Pacifica after our vehicle was vandalized. They did initial inspection and took pictures within a couple days. Due to workload, i had to schedule actual drop-off about 3 weeks out. Repair took 14 days, ahead of estimated scheduled completion. Appreciated the ability to leave my Enterprise rental vehicle with them and they checked it in. They had to repair both passenger side doors, and rear quarter panel. Passenger side looks brand new now. They did a fantastic job with the repair. Text updates every time the vehicle moved from station to station during repairs. It was nice getting updates without having to inquire.

We hit a deer with our 2021 Toyota Rav4. RCI restored it to better than before! (Because of road debris causing chips in the paint) It took them only one week! We even rented a great car from their on-site car rental. Thanks, RCI, for your professional and courteous team! Here is a before and after picture of my car. A friend recommended me to go get my car fixed at RCI. They were very professional, polite, and caring. I was highly satisfied with the results when I saw my car fixed. They offered to pick me up from Enterprise where I dropped off my rental and they even did a deep cleaning on the inside/outside of the vehicle. The best part was that I got to pick up my car 3 days early yayy!! 😄 I would recommend anyone who wants their car fixed to go to RCI.

I was devastated when I had a run in with Bambi. I thought my car would be totaled because the amount of damage underneath the hood was just as much as the damage to the front of the vehicle. RCI was amazing! They frequently communicated with me to keep me informed of the process. They even detailed my vehicle inside and out before returning it. I would highly recommend!

The ladies in the front need to talk to the mechanics. I had a horrible time getting status updates. They tried to gaslight me about previous conversations. I did not appreciate that. The whole experience went downhill after I paid for the parts and would not recommend. I give it 3 stars because they did a good job on my car and did detailed cleaning.

Worst bodywork I have ever had done in my life and I have had several vehicles that were damaged in a course of 45 years. Two months later and it’s still not finished and now I’m getting the runaround and being told it’s gonna cost more. This is a brand new bumper, grill hood, and headlights. There are two pictures of the headlight, that has already been changed out once and the loose molding underneath it has already been fixed again. And the pictures looking down at the hood is a huge gap on each side that you can stick your finger in. The hood latch was left off my car so I had to go back to get them to fix that. And wiper fluid doesn’t come out of the nozzles so I had to take it up there again for them to replace, only to discover it still didn’t work. All I can say is Sean needs to hire people that know what they’re doing and he needs to hire some staff for upfront that know how to be pleasant to customers. The only one in there that’s ever nice and helpful or acts like your business is appreciated and matters, is Kim. Michelle talks down to people and always has a scowl on her face, no matter how nice you are to her. Now that the works been done Ashley is no longer pleasant and won’t even look up from her computer at you. Because she knows she lied to me telling me that they were gonna blend the paint so that the side fender wheel wouldn’t look so bad. The girl that I spoke to on the phone today is not someone that I’ve dealt with before, but she needs to learn how to take turns talking and trying to talk over somebody! From what I understand, Sean built this business over years and is supposedly a nice guy that cares about his customers so I hope he reads this and makes things right if not, I’ll make sure everybody knows how horrible the staff and the work has been! As you can see in the pictures, the job still is not finished nor was it done right?
