I went to have my rear bumper fixed after being rear ended. Initially it looked good, but after a few days it was clear that the fit was not correct. I sent in pictures and videos showing the areas that were rubbing together. I mentioned that it was an issue with the fit. They quickly got me back in but they only rePAINTED the bumper... So the problem was never resolved... I found out they got the bumper from a scrapyard (which is okay, if it works) but they refused to replace it. They stopped taking my calls and even the insurance adjuster in the building would not return calls or respond to my messages. Hope they do it right the first time, because otherwise they'll ignore you. Oh also, they returned the car to me in dirty condition. Sweat marks from dirty hands were evident in the interior handles as well as the stick shift and steering wheel. They'll work really hard for that insurance check but they won't fix their mistakes. Avoid like the plague, the progressive adjuster is friends with the owner, so that explains the coordinated efforts to avoid fixing the problem.

My experience was very reassuring concerning the repaired damages and OEM parts that will be provided. This was a claim in which they ( Candance & Patrick) worked diligently to fulfill my request ob the parts. I was kept 💯 up -to-date for when my car will be ready. When I picked up my vehicle it was better than new. It was handled with care and I truly appreciate the honesty and friendliness from everyone. Avoid this place! Ratings are not accurate! Ask around and you will see. They use all the tricks in the book to hide their flawed worked and then try to convince you it is okay. Put 11 to 28 mils of paint on my car when it should only have 7 mils. Paint is now chipping and areas are coming thru the clear coat. Only had front panel and passenger door to fix and they ended up painting hood, entire passenger side and back tailgate because they couldn’t get the paint right!!! Three year old vehicle is ruined!!!

after calling around to numerous collision places around town 5 star collision was the one with the fastest service wait. dropped off my car july 5th (on very short notice) and got it fixed within 10 days ! customer service lady in the front (Logan) was very sweet and helpful. anytime i had a question i called and got a quick answer and friendly conversation. the guys in the back did an excellent job fixing up my car and making it look brand new again!! 10/10 recommend. before and after photos shown

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would!! I have never been here before, and I'm one of those skeptical people about unknown businesses, but they were on my insurance company list of preferred auto body shops. Yep, I needed one desperately because some bonehead in the ATL area thought he would rearrange my rear. Anywho, from the time I walked in the door, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal! PSSSSTT, they even shared a donut with me. I took my car on Nov 13th w/ an expected completion date of Dec 1 5th. The shop had it done on Nov 27th!! Even though it was just a tad over 2 week s, they did a fabulous job because I could not tell where Gray Wolf was hit. I'm glad I took a chance on this company, and anyone looking for great service and the most friendly people go to 5 Star Collision on Russell Pky, Warner Robin.

The employees themselves are super nice and genuinely seem friendly. Patrick the manager does not take accountability for anything. Logos to go on truck just put in the truck. Dismissive and does not take accountability, apologize, or acknowledge that it should have been completed. Just that the paint takes two weeks to cure. If it were your Grandmother, Grandfather, Mother, or Father would you tell them the same thing? Doesn’t matter if the money comes from an insurance company or an individual. You get paid for a completed job. If it is not completed the minimal thing you can do is acknowledge it, correct the internal error(s), for better customer service in the future. Kindness and the way you treat your customers speak volumes.

Phenomenal!! As stressful as this process has been, Five Star Collision Center was the easiest part. Sidney was knowledgeable about the repairs my Equinox would need and gave the best advice for my situation. Though my insurance tried to rush me to release my auto before I had time to remove my belongings. Candace assured me that I could take my time and when Copart showed up without my knowledge. True to her word she gave me a call. Sidney was even kind enough to referred me to a dealership that based on the team here at Five Star Collision Center I feel I can trust.
