Associates that greeted and checked me out was extremely nice. Some of the checks that were supposed to done were not. Fluids were marked as checked but were not as washer fluid was empty. Same thing happened at 10k mile check that I was charged hundreds of dollars.

Great service, fast!! They send you a video of what they are doing or recommend. I have never had them deviate from the scheduled book service the manufacturer recommends. We use our vehicles for a lot of travel and we need them to be reliable and safe. We trust Five Star fully!

Was on a road trip and my car had to get towed to this location. My interactions with this dealership were excellent. My communications with Porche and the master technician (I never got his name) were clear, concise, and honest. The Service team here 100% breaks the sleazy dealership stereotype. My part had to be ordered to keep everything under warranty, but the repair was done exactly when they said it would be. 10/10 would recommend.

So far , the service department is on point. the only thing I can recommend they do better at this point, is Give complimentary free car washes for every service like Butler nissan does. They Did get me in for an appointment quickly and took care of the problem quickly with my pathfinder. so far so good. i like the fact that they actually video and send you the video of what's going on with your car.

I was impressed that I recieved a recall notice within 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle! Then more impressed while waiting in the showroom area to get my car back, I recieved a video from the Service Tech showing the inspection and hearing his audio explanation of the inspection for delaminarion possibly of the windshield! I arrived on time for my 2023 Nissan Sentra's scheduled oil change. Porsche(Service Advisor) greeted me by name as always upon arrival. I got my oil changed, a recommended service, and a battery replacement for my key fob. While sitting in waiting area, I received a video from the Service Technician on actions that were taken during my services, estimates for recommended services, and info on available payments options. Porsche also advised me of the recommended services and allowed me time to decide what steps I wanted to take. I did opt to have one of the services in addition to my regular oil change. The service team had me out in a decent timeframe. Thank you Porsche and all associates at Five Star Nissan that help me keep the maintenance up on my vehicle.
