Kevin, our finance guy was very efficient, and walked us through that process well. He explained everything well and never made us feel rushed. They even stayed late to get our car to us that day Buying a new car is a big deal, and Lowe Toyota had excellent customer service and gave us individualized care.

I absolutely loved our experience at Lowe Toyota! If you are going I would definitely recommend you ask for Victor or Virginia. They are the best sales people and will do whatever they can to get you in your dream car. Victor was great! He was informative and was step by step on everything to make me comfortable ( it was not an easy task ) purchasing my first ever new car. Virginia was amazing, she helped my friends and turned a very uncomfortable and nerve wrecking situation into a fun and exciting experience! I would recommend this company and these 2 sales people everyday of the week. I was also able to grab a lemonade and a Philly cheesesteak from the 2 cutest little boys ever while we was waiting 😊 Thank y’all so much for all your help and so glad to be apart of the Toyota family ❤️

We were shopping around for a new car, and first dealership we went to was terrible, we weren’t greeted until 20 minutes after we got there, and they wanted to give me a shady deal and I couldn’t even test drive the car they showed me. When we got to Lowe Toyota we were greeted by Juli less than 5 minutes after we got there. She showed us a Toyota Camry, and after being able to test drive it and seeing the all the features I fell in love with the car it drives so smooth and the color is beautiful. Juli’s customer service was world class she was courteous and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and she made the experience seamless. 10/10 I would definitely recommend Lowe Toyota to anybody looking to buy a car.

Your Master Mind letter really works!!!!! When my lease was up on my 2024 Grand Highlander, my husband and I were looking at just purchasing it. The 2026 reviews didn't show many updates and I'm very picky about my vehicle. I was afraid to turn it in and getting a new lease on a vehicle that I was just settling for. I am on cloud nine right now!!!! It all started with me reading the amazing offer on Amanda Gatto's Master Mind letter. I immediately contacted Lowe Toyota about the offer. I didn't believe they could do what was on the letter. Huge shoutout to Steven Gore and Mike Gatto for helping me find the perfect Grand Highlander Limited Max! They went above and beyond, making sure they found the exact vehicle to replace the one I already thought was perfect. They found one at another dealership and had it at Lowe Toyota the same day. Mike Gatto and Kevin Parker ensured I got the deal that was posted on Amanda's letter. Everybody I know dislikes having to deal with the hassle of purchasing a new vehicle. Since we started leasing vehicles from Lowe Toyota in 2019, we have ALWAYS had an amazing experience! However this one tops them all! We currently have three vehicles leased through Lowe Toyota. Many thanks to Steven Gore and the staff at Lowe Toyota for a great (and easy) car buying experience. I drove 90 miles south to see a car that was found online and found it ready for me on my arrival. We test drove it and then sat down to work the numbers. We could not agree on a bottom line (at that time) and I left. I let a few days go by and called later and agreed to terms over the phone. It's been 4 weeks since buying the car and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Our experience was wonderful! Vincent Ross was so great in helping us look at the different vehicles and making sure we got what we wanted even if he needed to order it. So nice, patient and professional. It had been 16 years since buying a new car. Although, we could have gotten almost any make and model we wanted, a Toyota was the only one I wanted! My current car was a highlander bought brand new in 2009 and was the best and most dependable car. We are still keeping that one too. It's like family, lol. Lowe Toyota thank you for my beautiful new Grand Highlander. I know i will love it just as much. Ask for Vincent when you go too.

This was our first time purchasing with Toyota and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Quentin, is amazing, so amazing we have purchased a number of vehicle from him prior to his time at Toyota. The finance manager, Brandon, was also great! It’s always good to connect with other veterans in the community. The trade process was quick and painless and I didn’t feel like I was having to sit at a dealer from sun up to sun down. I would highly recommend Lowe Toyota if you are in the market! We purchased 2 2026 Toyota Corollas and we trust they will be reliable and safe for our teenagers.
