Typical soldier, prompt and prepared! Austin took the time to diagnose our heat pump unit and came to the conclusion that our brand new unit that had been installed only weeks prior had failed and needed to be replaced again. Austin took the time to contact the manufacturer and go through the entire troubleshooting process again with them, and they came to the same concussion. Now we are just waiting on our new unit to come in.

We were traveling to the East Coast from TX and having some issues with our black tank and some electrical issues with our RV. We did not want to travel up the entire East Coast with these problems. We had friends in Macon so figured if we got stranded we would be in good shape. I called Austin the day before we arrived in Macon so afraid he would be backed up and not able to get to us for a few days! He made a point to schedule us around the time we arrived at our RV Park! He knew exactly what to do, fixed several problems, gave my husband many tips, took care of all issues in a little over two hours! We are so thankful for this young man. My rv had heater issues where Asian Lady Beetles had stop up all the heater lines and igniter. He blew out all the lines and did a cleaning on all parts. Heater is backing working again in no time. Short version: I can't praise Austin highly enough. He was clear from beginning to end about what needed to be done now vs. what could wait, and gave me solid, workable options. His goal was not to nickel and dime me, but to do a good, honest job. My 2007 bumper pull toy hauler needed several renovations that were going to take more time and expertise than I had. Among other things, it needed a major roof repair, structural reinforcements from a previous leak, new gas connections, installing new plugs, new battery connections, new awning, as well as a general inspection. At every step, he let me know material and labor costs. He also gave me advice on the repairs I made myself. He was punctual, his pricing is a solid value, and, going above and beyond, didn't leave a mess. If your RV needs work, call Austin. He'll take good care of you.

Well I have a very negative comment to add unfortunately. Austin has done work on my camper in the past with no issues until he measured and had me order a new awning fabric for my camper. Once he and his helper started installing the fabric he noticed his error in measurement, the fabric was a foot off. He did go ahead and install the shorther fabric so we could make our camping trip. He ensured me he would reorder the correct fabric length and replace once we returned back from our trip. Once we returned from the trip he said he has been extremely busy with a friend starting a new business adventure and had not had time to ordered the fabric, but again ensured me he would make this right. That was 8 months ago. I tried on numerous occasions to contact Austin via text and phone messages. He has ghosted all my attempts to get this reconciled. Sorry Austin, you seemed like a great guy, but I can not sit here and read all these great reviews knowing I was ghosted. Unsatisfied customer. Bobby McDaniel
