Morris was the best! I got my dream car from this dealership and they made it so easy. Morris was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He wasn’t pushy or anything. He was very patient with us and he gave us time to really explore all of our options. Everyone in the dealership was extremely welcoming and helpful. It seemed like they had their priorities straight and weren’t trying to trick us. In the past, I’ve had horrible experiences with dealerships being rude and arrogant. These people were so kind and patient with us and were willing to help in anyway to make sure I drove off with the best car for me and my growing family. Morris even called to check in on me after the purchase. I will definitely be recommending Volkswagen Warner Robins and Morris to anyone looking to buy a car!

It’s a shame what a mess I am dealing with because of this particular dealership. I almost purchased a vehicle on 1/7/26. Ended up not working out, sad but just wasn’t in the cards. On Monday 1/26/26 I heard from the dealer again asking if I was still interested. I told them no and thought that was that. Then I got a credit alert that day that someone had done a hard pull. It turned out VW of Warner Robins did another hard pull of my credit. Needless to say, this was unauthorized.Now I have been trying to resolve this for days between the dealership the finance company and all three credit agencies. What is really frustrating is that the dealership wants to blame someone else and takes no responsibility. All I can say is when dealing with this dealership be aware.

My mother who owns an Audi recently brought her SUV to this location as there is no Audi dealer close to her. She had a simple misfire issue which required the coil packs and spark plugs to be changed. What did you guys do? Scan for codes changed the wires for the coil pack on #2 and sent her on her way… just for her to now have the same problem. It’s common knowledge on any misfiring engine that you change BOTH the COILPACKS AND SPARK PLUGS… do you have to? No, but any honest mechanic will tell you it’s best to do that just to eliminate any potential issues further down the line. You guys decided to do the minimal amount of work you were paid for, instead of making sure your customer was properly taken care of. If you guys are willing to cut corners and take advantage of my mom on something so small I can only imagine the foolishness that actually happens at this dealership. If you want an honest diagnostic, as well as good reliable work done on your car. This is NOT the place.

In the middle of a 2500 mile round trip in a Nissan NV3500 and a camper. 870 miles into the trip I had the fan clutch explode. When I had an Atlas, Bryce Duke the service manager gave me his personal number for an issue I was having. This man is out of town on vacation and answered his phone and helped me even knowing I wasn’t going to be able to use his service department. This is the exact service customers want and deserve! My wife and I showed up over the weekend, 30 minutes before closing. Salesman, Morris Dunbar met us outside and made us feel comfortable from the get go. He spent quality time with us, answering our many questions about the vehicle we were interested in. He insisted we go for a test drive even though it was closing, but we told him we would be back Monday for a drive. He called me from his home Monday morning to let me know he was running a little late, which actually helped us. When we got to the dealership, he had a car warming up for us as it was very cold. He had us drive two different vehicles to see the difference. He was transparent on everything concerning the car and the process. We ended up buying one because of Morris. I told him I may be back to get a VW bus for my business. If you need a vehicle, new or used, go the VW of Warner Robins and ask for Morris. You’ll be glad you did!

I’ve had an amazing experience with VW of Warner Robins. I’ve had my eye on the Atlas Cross Sport for quite some time and first test-drove one in 2024. When I decided to come back this year for another test drive, Chris greeted me outside and was absolutely fantastic. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed every concern I had throughout the week. A week later, I returned and Morris helped me purchase my dream car that same day. Both Morris and Chris worked with me throughout the process and made the negotiation feel comfortable, fair, and tailored to my needs. This placed saved us today! Let me explain… My family and i were travelling back to Canada from Florida on interstate 75 when a tire blew out. We found ourselves in a scary situation being on the side of a busy highway and unsure how we were going to continue on. Luckily we had roadside assistance, so AAA came to put on our spare tire (yes, i called AAA instead of doing it myself). But the spare of course wont take us 1200 miles home. We needed a new tire asap! So we called several tire shops in the closest town, but nobody could provide the correct tire until the next day. The closest VW dealership was 80 miles away but we called them anyways hoping for the best. Oh my goodness, they helped us more than i can explain. They were able to pick up a tire within an hour. They closed at 6pm and we arrived at 5:55pm and they stayed open later just for us!! Joshua and Shawn and the mechanic (with shaved head and muscular) are amazing humans and my family are so grateful for them. Incredibly friendly, respectful and understanding. They are HEROES!
