I have been a faithful O'Reilly's customer for 10yrs and NEVER had not 1 bad experience! I moved to Bonaire and found this location to be the perfect short distance from my home; - The staff is ALWAYS welcoming, amazingly kind, professional and SUPER knowledgeable - The store is ALWAYS immaculate and well stocked with any and everything one needs to maintain their vehicle -I've NEVER had to wait more than 5 mins to check-out EVER! -The outside is always clean with plenty of parking to include accessible spots **I HIGHLY recommend this location 😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is the only part store I use. They're pretty knowledgeable and always tend to find anything I need regardless as to how difficult a part is to find. All employees are very patient and friendly and their main focus is to help assist their customers which is a huge plus in my opinion. If you're going to a part store then chances are your already having a rough day and the last thing you want is rude customer service that's impatient with you. This place hasn't ever made me feel as if I were a burden on their day so 10 stars if I could give it but I'll settle for 5 since it's all they offer. Highly recommend over all others.

I called the store. Sheron the assistant manager answered the phone. i asked if they do battery and alternator testing. she replied yes. i told her i would be on the way shortly. she replied with okay. i drove 20 minutes to get there. once i arrived she grabbed the tester and followed me to my vehicle. turns out the tester was dead and she told me to go to another store to use their tester. if i would’ve known this store wouldn’t have been any help i would’ve drove to another one and no waste time/gas.

Thank you Phillip for excellent Customer service with my vehicle today !!! The check emissions system light was on and determined the catalyc converter may be the issue.. i cleaned the sytem based on your recommendation and the light was gone by the time i got home after I restarted my vehicle. I want the world to know how wonderful SEAN is!!! I walked in there and said good morning guys and the way he greets his customers is absolutely phenomenal!!!! Sean introduced me to a new product I had never heard of or seen before and I have three trucks. Let me tell you he informed me you have to put in the work with this product but once you put in the work you will be amazed. Not only am I amazed at this new product I am floored I am flabbergasted!!!!
