Dropped my car off after a hit and run. Randy's and Geico was able to work with Enterprise to help get me a rental while my car was being repaired. When I picked my car up the body looked good, but the after market headlight didn't quite fit and a panel was a shade wrong. Randy's was able to order a Honda headlight and readily replaced the light and repainted the panel. Fantastic service with a lifetime warranty on work and paint.

My car was rear ended and was reassured they would take care of it. After about 3 weeks I was told the car was ready. After inspecting the car I noticed that the trunk lid was sticking out about 1 1/2” further than what it should. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix it. Since I still had a rental car I refused to take the car. I left and received a call from the rental company saying that the the car was no longer being paid for by the insurance since Randy’s had said the car was done. I was told they would handle the charges. That didn’t happen and I had to pay for it. I was called about a week later and said the car was ready. Still did not look that great and now you have to slam the trunk to get it to close. I was told that it was the best they could do!! What a joke. Would not ever use them again.

They were friendly, which I appreciate. Geico sent me to them. I told them I had 2 claims that Geico was paying for and also a debt that was being paid out of pocket. I walked around the car and showed them what needed fixing. They had my car for 3 weeks and only fixed problems from ONE claim, which was the smallest issue out of the 3. Now I'm wondering if they and Geico even communicated regularly because if they did, they'd know about the 2nd claim even AFTER I already told them. I don't think I'll be back. I really don't trust anything that has to do with cars. I feel like they all try to cheat you. And that's from the dealership down to the auto parts store.

My Yukon has been in this shop for over 30 days. We scheduled it and dropped it for repairs on June 28th. To date we have not heard from the shop about the status of our repairs. We called on Friday asking for Amy the manager to contact us and have yet to receive a call. The most helpful person there has been Valencia who apparently just works in the office. Also they are a Geico preferred repair shop, which is even worse because nobody from Geico has provided any updates! Worst experience ever. I work in claims with another company and I never want my customers to experience anything close to this! The guaranteed repairs aren’t worth the cost at the end. We have exceeded our rental limits, and currently paying out of pocket and Randy’s does not offer any incentive for the inconvenience!

Giving them a 4star because It took them longer than their estimate to fix my truck. Didn't update me as much that the work will be longer. I had to call them to ask for updates. But overall i like their work and happy with the outcome. Im impressed with the extra touch up paint that they gave me as well. And cheapest in town as well. I will come back to them if ever i need something done. Highly recommended!

Collin is great. He gave me a fair estimate. Once I decided to use this company, I went in to pay for parts. Two days later dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready for pickup later that afternoon. The price stayed the same without any extra, surprise charges. Awesome customer service. I was rear-ended and the insurance company told me to take my truck to Randy's collision. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. The job was excellent! Colin was keeping me updated to the ordering of parts and the expected completion date of my vehicle. I was quite impressed with the painters skill. They made it look as good as new. I have nothing but great things to say from the customer service side to the actual work done. If you have an insurance case this is definitely the place to go intown, since you move right to the front of the line! Thank you

My vehicle was involved in an accident on 3/8/2024. I was hit by another GEICO policyholder. They towed my vehicle the next day to THEIR PREFERRED SHOP which was Randy Collision in Warner Robins. I called Randy Collision on 3/29/24 for an update since they had vehicle since the 8th and was advised the replacement door for my vehicle was just being delivered. Well a week later I called and was told the same thing. Every time you call they advise will call back with a status and NEVER do so you have to keep calling them. Called Randy’s Collision on 4/16/24 and they advised vehicle would be ready Friday 04/19/24. Drove from Macon to Warner Robins just to be told car has been painted but has to go on assembly line to be put back together so it will PROBABLY be ANOTHER WEEK! Let’s just say from 3/8/24 until now 04/22/24 still don’t have my car!!!

I was so pleased with the repair of my front bumper cover. They were efficient, pleasant and the price was great. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that this was my first experience and a small-ish job. I am sure they take the same care and concern for larger jobs, so 5 stars is on the way...Thanks again

DO NOT USE! They were paid by our insurance to fix our vehicle after an accident. They took 3 months to fix the vehicle and told us the reason it would never align correctly was because of a previous accident. [We owned it since it was new, never happened]. We had to take it back multiple times at which the lady that was supposed to be the person over our claim never actually would answer the phone. One year later our car was getting worse. We had moved since then, so we took it to the mechanic near us and said he has never seen someone do so much damage to a vehicle trying to repair it. The left wheel almost fell off the far when it was on the lift. They claimed to have replaced parts, that were never actually done but billed the insurance for it. Could not believe they would risk a family being put in this situation. Thank God the insurance covered the repairs for their faulty work, or we would have had to pay over $5k to fix.

Randy's Collision did a great job fixing my car. My insurance company, Geico, recommended them to me (or choose a choice of my preference) and they had did a great job repairing my car with a new passenger door, new paint job, vacuum and clean inside very well, and fixed the slight rubber underneath the bumper and that was very kind of them - because it was minor thing. Sometimes the business can be a little slow but if you keep in touch with the owner and checking in with the repair adjuster from time to time, they will see about the matter and have your car fix within the estimated time frame. Thanks Randy!

My Chevy Sonic was in their shop over 30 days, mostly just sitting. Three different replacement doors were ordered, one being the wrong door, another being too damaged. At no time, did anyone keep me updated as to what was going on. I had to call one or twice a week to be updated on what was happening. When I was finally able to get my car back, a technician had broken into my car fob (a replacement fob from last year that I purchased) and taped it up with black tape, in hopes no one would notice. My Sirius radio began to suddenly change stations, all on its own. Because my car is older, I cancelled Sirius. Unfortunately, the radio channels continue to change on their own. No idea if this is related to the key fob that was taken apart for no good reason. I had to obtain a second rental car during the last week that my car remained in their "care", at my own expense since my insurance covered 30 days. I do not recommend this place; it was the only location Progressive told me to take the car.

So a little over a month ago I had an accident in my truck. The whole passenger side of my truck was dented and scraped up. To say that I was hurt was an understatement 😩. I called my insurance company to file a claim and to see what were my next steps. They opened a claim & gave me a list of preferred collision centers to choose from. I checked the reviews and star ratings on all the companies and decided to go with Randy's. I know typically repair shops take forever to work on your vehicle. Well... within 2 to 3 weeks they had a new side panel ordered & installed, took the dent & scrape out of my door, buffed, painted, & detailed my truck. Every time I went by, and called them I was met with outstanding customer service. When I tell you I am so satisfied with my experience with them. It feels like I got a whole new truck 😁.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with my vehicle. Would not recommend using them for no reason. They had our car for over a month and wouldn't call us with an update. Was rude to my fiance for asking for an update. I called them several time and they stated they'd call me back and give me the info I was requesting and never once got that call back. They never even wrote my number down because they asked for it every single time and I told them I've already given it and had to give it every time. It took me having to call and get ugly and start cussing and threatening to come tow it off before they fixed my car. I told them "I'm coming to get it no matter if I have to tow it off your lot, have it ready". They literally was done with it that morning after I got ugly. I got there and found out they were holding it for a tow hook cover, a 4x4 piece of plastic that they didn't want to put the car back together until that part come in. It was completely cosmetic and was costing us hundreds for a rental car for.. no way I'll ever do business with them again and would not recommend anyone to either.. customer service was an absolute nightmare.

DO NOT COME HERE. They kept my car for four months after hitting a deer making excuses of not having parts then telling me they got the part in, only to email or call again saying they still didn't have the parts to fix my car. I had to call them almost every week to get an update on my car which they refused to provide and would say they'd call me back later to which they never did. They left glass all throughout my car, inside the steering wheel cover. Their was glass inside the ac vents that blew out when I turned the car on. I was getting constant notifications that the battery in my car was dying. They left the car lights ON for THREE MONTHS draining the battery. I'm sitting at my cars dealership right now because they left damage to the bumper of my car and wiring that goes back there. I hit the deer in the front literally no damage came to the back of the car. EDIT- they broke my trunks seal and hardly plugged in the wiring in the back of the car and they vibrated and broke apart and I had to pay to get it fixed. They also put my front driver door on wrong and the bumper on wrong.

Randy’s Collision Repair Center is outstanding in every way and I highly recommend them for your vehicle body repair work. My first and last interactions were with Shannon who is fantastic. Customer service is clearly as important as the great work they do on their clients’ vehicles. Shannon took great care to explain how the process would work, carefully went over my car and quickly had me on my way. The repair was completed ahead of the estimated time and communication was excellent throughout the process. I can’t tell the where the damage to my car was! Thanks for a wonderful job and even better customer service.

I had my vehicle at Randy’s Collision for about three months. During that time, there was very little communication. I was not given regular updates and often had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. They do not provide or cover a rental, even when delays are on their end, which made the situation even more difficult. The only consistent bright spot was Maci. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain things clearly whenever I spoke with her. She was the only person who made the process feel somewhat transparent. My car was finally completed this Wednesday. The owner did give me a $100 discount due to the long wait and the holidays, which I appreciated. However, the delays were significant, including ordering the wrong part for my vehicle, and that should not fall on the customer. Because of the lack of communication, extended timeline, and no rental support when mistakes were made, I would not recommend this shop.
