I brought by car twice this month to Mr. Austin Lilly the owner and he got me fixed right up. The first time he fixed my AC and it is working so good my glasses fog when I get out of the car. The second time he replaced my back breaks and hub. They are so nice, fast, and know what they are doing!! They have my business for life!

Oh my Goodness ..... these guys are great. I went to three different places to have my A/C fixed in my Nissan Frontier (2005) and everyone cost me money, of course electronic parts must be paid in advance, understandably. Anyway Mr. Austin Lilly worked on my car himself (one of the owners) and he found the problem in no time. I was without A/C in my truck for 3 years !! This year it is way too hot for my 40 minute drive to work at 3 PM in the afternoon. I took the advice of a review I read myself and am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!! I needed A/C for my truck but they said they do everything so now I have a new Auto Repair Shop Thank You Lilly Automotive on Pleasant Hill in Warner Robins Georgia.

Let me tell y'all. I am blown away with the service I got today at Lilly Automotive . I have been driving around with no air in my car for almost two years thinking it was a bad compressor based on what others have said. I went into Lilly Automotive today out of curiosity to get it looked at because they don't charge a diagnostic fee. It has been miserable driving around with no Ac and I have a two year old. We met their dog Ruby who we loved, They offered us snacks and drinks while we waited, The lobby is super comfortable and clean (cleanest shop I've ever seen). He came out and told me he FIXED MY AC! Y'all I almost cried. It was as simple as needing to be flushed and recharged! They are EXTREMELY friendly, GREAT communication and VERY honest! I'm telling you, if you need Automotive work.. Call them. You won't be disappointed at all! I'm so happy I decided to stop in there today.

The level of service these guys perform is outstanding. Never have I had a mechanic treat out vehicles with such urgency. Communication is top notch. Online estimates sent out for approval. Paid bill online. Van was repaired in a matter of 3 days I believe it was. Back up and running. I will not take all my vehicles anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly and detailed staff here on the phone and in person. This shop was recommended to me by my veteran neighbor. New to the area, it's hard to know who to go to. They were very informative about the work prior and after. The prices were on the average side as I always look up my parts and labor costs per job. Definitely recommend this shop.

I can't believe I have never written a review for this place. My first experience with them was a little over a year ago. They helped me navigate my Endurance Warranty to repair my air conditioner. It was repaired perfectly and I only paid my deductible. This past April, I had a complete transmission failure. They again helped me navigate my Endurance Warranty. My whole transmission was replaced and all I paid was the deductible. Not only were they able to do the work needed, in a very professional and expert way, they helped with the warranty company. Let me expound, they did not in anyway deceptive to the warranty company. Endurance sent their own inspectors to the shop to inspect my car. They just contacted them and followed the protocol. Two of my daughters and my husband have also taken vehicles there. We won't use any other automotive repair shop.

Thank you for such great service. Van had an oil leak and we were fearing the worst. We dropped the vehicle off and within 2 hours had a quote for repairs that was very very reasonable. Van was repaired in a matter of a couple days. I’m beyond words to get the van back and they even took the time to fix the pesky license plate bulb that had been out for probably a year. It’s nice not having any warning lights on the dashboard. The level of service is unmatched. Communication is top notch. We know who will be fixing all of our vehicles from now on. Thank you crew.

Had engine replaced in my daughter's car. Had a few other body issues. Went with them because they said they could get to it immediately & quick return. Had it over a month & had to take it back for issues 3+ times. They took care of it with no charge, but last time the vehicle was left unlocked ( after having to fix the door locks twice!) and multiple things taken, while at the shop. They denied responsibility. Would not recommend them!!!
