Brian was absolutely amazing! Saved me 100’s of dollars to replace a lightbulb that others wanted to charge crazy amounts to change. So very kind of him to help out. The other place said it would take 2 hours to replace and he changed it in a matter of 15 mins and done it with a smile on his face. There are truly genuine people out there and he is def one of them! Thanks Brian your the best!

Best customer service ever! They were fantastic helping with my light bulbs! Did you know they do check engine light checks? They really made my day. I came in today- Wednesday at 12:30pm. Came back January 17, 2025. 4pm Definitely not the same service as previous. Lack of workers. One lady was very rude, one was very helpful. Customer was last priority this time. Brittany was very helpful. Took very long to check out for 1 item.

Today was the first time going into Auto zone, but based on my Customer services that I received from Jayden when I went to purchase a battery for my vehicle I will definitely be returning, he was informative and helpful. I than had to return back within the same hour to make another purchase. Chris provide Awesome Customer services and he went over and beyond to assist me in my battery replacement for my key fob. Good customer services is rare and hard to come by so I truly appreciate both young men for the services that I received on today.

John Lee, the manager at the Watson Blvd location near Carl Vinson, is one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in the automotive industry. As far as auto parts are concerned, there’s NO COMPETITION… he’s THE BEST!!! My wife was pulled over one evening for not having a working tag light and a headlight had also gone out. John not only installed the tag light for her, but also explained the issue with her headlight needing to be addressed as an entire assembly due to the model and type of headlight, and after she told him she couldn’t afford the headlight, he gave her some advice on some possible solutions. I am very thankful for the caring way he dealt with my wife, who knows absolutely nothing about vehicles. The entire staff is helpful and friendly, and they will do all they can to try and diagnose any issues you may have, and will also do everything possible to track down the parts needed to fix those issues - and that is only if they don’t already have those parts… WHICH THEY USUALLY DO! In the case where they don’t have your part, I have been told by my son (a mechanic) that they can usually have it at the Watson location usually by the very next day. You will not get ignored, treated as if you don’t matter because you aren’t spending hundreds of dollars, or otherwise made to feel like just another number, because it’s obvious that there is a culture of customer care and satisfaction that starts (as I previously mentioned) with the manager, Mr. John Lee. If he or his staff can’t fix your issue for some reason, they will almost always give you at least one or two possible solutions so that you can get your vehicle fixed and get back on the road. I will be a customer at this location as long as the service and staff stay the same as they are now. Thank you, John, Jaden, Jamie and everyone else who has helped me and my family when we needed help in the worst way. You rock!!! 😎

Went in to see if they could scan my friends car so we could see what tire was low. Employee asks me if I’ve been help and I told him now no. He didn’t walk up to me he stayed on the side of the store and talked. I asked if he could scan my friends car to see which tire was low. He told me the scanner doesn’t do that and to go to discount tire and get it done. I thought this was weird bc we went to a different auto zone a couple of weeks ago and they scanned the car and gave use a print out and it showed everything on the car

Ordered a fuel pump payed extra for expedited shipping supposed to be there by 10:30 stopped in at noon no parts I did not get my part till 5:30 pm they didn't even have the decency to call me had to walk in and check myself. Then their policy is no refund on shipping fee a blatant rip off. Don't pay for fast shipping they know it will not get there on time but will charge you anyway theives.

I called AutoZone Auto Parts and spoke to Tramell about my car battery, and he was simply amazing, he took the time to explain not only the battery I needed but also the warranty of the battery. Not only was I pleased with his customer service on the phone but his attention to detail was outstanding! I went there when I got off work and he was still working and he helped me out. Not only did he sell me my battery, but he also installed it in my car. I was so impressed with the amazing customer service and if you need any auto parts PLEASE GO SEE TRAMELL!!! He will take care of you with a smile on his face! Thank you so much Tramell and never stop being the person that you are!!! If I could give him a million stars, I would!

Every time you go into this store there is always one person actually working and about 5 to 6 other employees just gossiping and on their phones the whole time. No matter if there is a line or not. Do not recommend this store at all have always been an AutoZone customer but after dealing with this one I think I will be going to O’Reilys from now on
