Everyone here is amazing!!! I ordered tires here shortly after I got my oil changed. I believe Josh quoted me some new tires. It was definitely cheaper here than if I got them at my dealer. I got my tires changed the same day I ordered them. The next day my tire pressure sensors weren’t working but I came in again for them to fix it and everything is perfect ❤️

For the last 8 years I have been a regular customer of this company, especially at the Atlanta Hwy location in Athens, GA. Brandon, I believe Jason was his name, and one other young man whos name I failed to get was phenomenal with changing my oil and checking my brakes to make sure everything was good. These people are very honest. They checked my brakes and were honest that I didn’t need new brakes yet. As a female it’s hard to find places where you don’t feel taken advantage of and this place 100% is the best place I’ve ever been to for my car. I highly recommend this place if you want truthful, nice people with great customer service.

Had a great oil change service by Brittany. She was so incredibly friendly and did a great job servicing the car, cleaned my wipers and windows off and everything. I would definitely come back to have her again! Give this girl a raise ASAP My friend also got a great oil change service from Josh Martin, very efficient and kind. Didn’t overcharge or try to sell extra stuff. I’ve had terrible experiences with Take 5 before but this place has been consistently great.

Josh Martin and Brandon Smith were absolutely amazing. I hadn’t been here in a few years due to moving out of state but every time I’ve come here, there are some of the nicest people ever. They’re extremely diligent and customer oriented. I brought my dog with me this time and they gave him a couple treats and were very understanding about my vocal dog. I will recommend this place anytime and any day. I appreciate their customer service because many places nowadays don’t give two craps. They offered advice and didn’t take advantage of me which again is rare.

I've used Express Oil since moving to the Athens areas several years ago. Always fast, friendly service!! Over the weekend I noticed the sticker in my windshield was showing I was a few hundred miles overdue for a oil change even though my car had not yet indicated I was due for service. Knowing I had to travel out of state this week for work, I decided to go ahead and get the oil changed. When I arrived, Brittany promptly asked me if my indicator light had come on.... and then she said, you're not actually due for a oil change for well over 1000 miles. The sticker automatically prints a due date/mileage amount every 3000 regardless, which I did not know. She checked my fluids, topped a few off, checked the tires, windshield wipers and cleaned both front & back windshields then sent me on my way at no charge!!! WOW! Talk about customer service. I will definitely be back when it's time. Thank you Brittany for saving me a little money today!!! AND thank you Express Oil for always taking care of your customers with honesty & integrity.

I absolutely LOVE this location. Best place by far to receive oil changes and even more work done. They are always so kind, offering extensive details if you need them. They provide you little things like bottles of water, and they provide big savings on your investments. Brittany is THE BEST! She’s not only kind and thoughtful, she’s extremely focused and intelligent. She makes sure you understand exactly what’s happening and what you need done. Brittany 100% deserves a raise if that’s an option. She has been there two years, and she has the skill set of someone who’s done this their whole life.
