I loved how easy it was to get a storage room online I was able to get it at 9pm and start using it immediately! The app is so helpful to keep up with payments! Next business day they reached out to make sure everything was good with my unit! Only issue is the gate in the front is broken just wish it wasn’t so I could feel a little more secure other than that it would definitely be 5 stars!!!

I have been with Extra Space Storage for over three years now and the facility has always been top notch! The property is always clean and well maintained and has plenty of security cameras and lighting so I know my unit and contents are safe! Angela is always helpful and go's out of her wave to help in any way she can when needed. I defintly recommend them if your looking for a storage unit!

Good experience overall! Just make sure you keep up with the price increases after your initial rate. They go up significantly, but usually they are able to work with you if you reach out to them. We had a 10 x 18 climate controlled unit. Easily accessible and clean

First of all I had to move three times before finding a vacuum that worked and when I did finally find one I put 10 quarters in it for it to hardly have any suction. Not even enough to pick up anything in my floor as well as it only lasted long enough to try to vacuum my back seat. This was by far the worst experience I have had trying to vacuum my vehicle. I was rather shocked honestly. Will not be coming back and will definitely let others know about the experience so they to don’t waste their time and money.

The first unit I was assigned was not good an old funky mattress, 📍 push pins false eye lashes, old lamp were left in unit. The light had 1 tube light and the case it sat in was about to fall. The ladies in the office were very helpful and quickly assigned me another unit which was much better and empty. Very glad to get this online made easy.

An incident at Avid Storage continues to burden us for months now. We trusted Avid Storage with our RV and with our possessions and they violates that trust. We paid a storage fee with no issues, for a secure & surveilled place to store our RV. Within 5 months I went to hook up to it for a 4th of July weekend only to discover it had been stolen. Management revealed to me that they knew it was stolen, for more than a week, but never called me. They told me that they had camera footage of the trailer being stolen. Then when the police arrived, management told the Officer that they have no footage but will “inform them if something comes up”. Not one day goes by, that I go looking for something and I can’t find it due to that one tool or appliance or device being on that RV, that Avid Storage took away from us.
