I believe it was the owner who helped me, and he mentioned they were short-handed, but honestly, I wouldn’t have even known if he hadn’t told me! They were so quick and efficient; now I understand why they’re called Rapid Oil Change lol. The workers were very kind and professional, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Excellent group of guys. Very quick had me in and out in 15 mins. Drain pan/ plug was stripped they retapped and replaced my drain bolt and topped off all fluids in my vehicle with no up charge. 10 out of 10 recommend I will be using then going forward.

I want to say that I had the best experience at rapid oil! I was there less than 15-20 minutes and all the guys I interacted with were very kind and helpful! They didn't try to over charge or over sell! Their pricing was way better than some of the other places i have gone to. I’m not from around Texas and wanted to get an oil change before heading back home, after researching this place seemed like the best place after all the others sounded like nightmares. I’m happy I made the stop, the staff are very communicative and keep giving you updates while you wait, it was a very short wait to get in, as well as speedy serviced during the oil change. They even provide you with visual on oil dipstick level. They seem to all work well and efficiently as a team. Prices are super affordable as well. If I wasn’t leaving, this would be my go to place!
