Ordered a moon lamp for my daughter from a company I already received the shirt I ordered at the same time from them. After 4 weeks, today I got a wax melter instead, from Jon at this address. The company said the lamp was delivered, but I got this instead.

I bought two shirts and they were way to small! Enclosed was a receipt but with no return address! When I put in the return address it comes up with this gas station! Obviously this was a scam! They need to be reported!

Store hours are not honored. Their window states they are open until 10pm today and it is 6 and they have the doors locked. There are workers inside and neither will answer the phone.

I ordered NFL sneakers not from here they hacked NFL web page. I order from NFL all the time this is the first I've had a problem. Wayyy to big cheap as heck. Trying to get refund thru PayPal where I paid.

Gives a discount for cash payments on gas but doesn't accept $100 bills. How you gonna be right off the interstate and not accept $100 bills broke azz jokers train your employees better not punish the customers

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this local business. I ran out of gas and purchased a $15 plastic tank to put gas in. I went outside and some very kind bystanders offered to bring some gas to my car with the tank they had just filled. Afterward (5-10 minutes later) I went back to Exxon, with the receipt and unused container to return it. I was told they have a no returns policy. I asked if that’s written anywhere, the cashier girl didn’t know where, the manager had to point it out (hidden beneath counter). I asked why this is enforced and she said how do we know you didn’t use it (because I didn’t purchase gas and it doesn’t smell like gas??). I mentioned that customer customer service should be a priority and she should reconsider her policy, at least in circumstances that warrant it. I can understand the importance of these policies but it is poor customer service in instances like this. Will not be coming back here nor will I be recommending it.

Not an Exxon anymore but still using the signs. New owners lowered the quality. Sell slushes/Daiquiris but extremely bad, nasty old tasting. Pump worked well but no handle clip.

I bought Purc magical treatment for my hair over the internet. This came in a very thin consistency and I paid $ 39.99, but the same product Amazon is for $ 8.99 and the consistency is quite different much thicker. Completely dissatisfied, I'll never fall for this scam again.

We were having truck trouble and had to drop our 46 ft camper to go to an auto parts store. The staff member, Cindy immediately asked how she could help. When we explained we had to leave the camper, she made signs to put on it. Then when came back, she made sure we were ok and didn't need anything. Her genuine care and niceness is so far and few between and was greatly appreciated!

Purchased a product and clerk made a mistake giving me something different. I got to the car and noticed the mistake and immediately went back in to have it corrected. To my surprise they could not and would not make it right. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I am local and a regular customer at this location...not that this should matter. They were unwilling to make their mistake right. If there was a zero...they would get it. Buyer beware. They are not customer friendly and they don’t value your business.

Very welcoming cashier and they have a lot of drinks that aren't available in grocery stores and other gas stations like, Mountain Dew black label or rare monster mega variations. It's also really clean and very nice

Wishing I could leave less than 1 star. Got out in pouring rain to get a drink, cashier would not ring me up because my wife didn’t park straight in the parking lot. I swear you can not make this stuff up. Rudest people I have ever come in contact with. Love a store policy that says you have to park straight to buy something even though there are no lines in the parking lot. 🤷🏻♂️

The cashier was the rudest I have ever encountered. There was one other customer at the register/in the store and I asked them a question for suggestions to find a public restroom...he abrasively told me to ask people outside that he was taking care of business. I put down the stuff I was going to purchase and said I changed my mind & he said “good, I don’t like noise”...really bad impression for people visiting Alabama—Exxon and Mgmt should be embarrassed by his attitude and treatment of people.

Two stars because normally I have a great and speedy experience here but this last time I stood in this line for about 15 minutes before a cashier even showed their face. By that point there were about 20 people waiting and many people just took their stuff and left without paying.
