My Toyota Highlander was repaired in 2014. I had a collision with a deer. I was generally satisfied with the repair work. There was some lack in the attention to detail -- however, the items of concern were repaired and/or corrected in a timely manner.

I was very disappointed with Lynch Collision. I was a previous customer and had a great experience, so when my vehicle suffered damage from a piece of plywood flying out of a pickup truck I naturally wanted to go back. I expected the front skirt to be repaired as easily and as great as before. While the skirt was repaired, my vehicle suddenly had other things not working that was working prior to my body repair. Bottom line is I feel like I was given some song and dance about the situation. Dennis, who was apparently the manager of the operation, has absolutely no customer service skills. He argued with me and made sure I knew how wrong he thought that I was. There's really no sense in airing the argument here because all that will happen is a rebuttal post stating I was wrong again. Dennis heard Christian music playing on my radio in my van and while not directly saying it, he insinuated that I was not acting as a Christian. No where in the Bible does it state that Christians are to be doormats and be trampled on or even taken advantage of. I feel me calling him on a situation is completely appropriate and not ungodly. I also feel like him using the "I'm a Christian too" card to try to make his point was highly inappropriate. The problem at hand was not about being a Christian or not, it was about why something else going wrong with my vehicle under his care. I never felt like I got a satisfactory answer. He set up for us to have it looked at next door, but it seemed way too coincidental that the exact thing Dennis suggested was wrong be wrong and it would be about $1200 out of my pocket. Upon further investigation on my own, what was suggested isn't accurate. That would have been a lot of money to spend for something that wasn't truly broken. I also found it super odd that the following day, a Saturday (when the center is closed) another employee called me on my cell from his cell to discuss what was wrong so he could make it right. Red flag! I never returned this Individual's call. Business should be done during business hours and also not on someone's day off on their private phone, especially if you've never talked with this person. I couldn't help but wonder why this happened. Was this guy covering for himself, did he know why a part mysteriously and suddenly went bad in my vehicle? Had Dennis been this was with other customers and he was building a case against him? Either way it was wrong and no way to do business. The only redeeming individual there was the lady at the desk. She ran that place great! She made her customers feel welcomed and most important. She helped to the extent that she could. It's ashame she couldn't have been in charge of fixing my vehicle. One final thing that comes to mind has to do with the insurance. It was a road hazard claim. My agent asked that contact be made directly with his office and not the main 800 number. It took so much for me to convince Dennis to speak with my agent directly. Eventually, He was able to speak with the office and get the ball rolling. He was not thrilled with this. I just kept being told that they were an authorized agent for said insurance. I really felt like if I had gone in as a private pay that my quote would have been different. I was told several times that because of some of the damage to the vehicle that the quote may not be accurate. Amazing. When we had to pay the bill, it was down to the penny quoted. The quote included new fog light bulbs. if I'm not mistaken, and all that supposedly happened was they needed to be plugged back in. Where did that portion of the quote get dropped? I just don't know. It is possible that I did not understand the quote because it's not broken down for easy understanding. I am certain of this, my vehicle left Lynch Collision with a function not working that had been working. I am also sure of this: I will not be back to Lynch Collision as long as Dennis is there. I may reconsider should there be management changes. I do not know. It was a very disappointing experience. Customer service was severely lacking.

These people are terrible at what they do. I've been dealing with a warranty claim for 2 yrs. Its taken them 4 days to repaint a bumper and its still not done. I do not recommend Lynch to anyone.

Only thing that would make sense is if I was on a hidden camera tv show seeing how much customers might look past. No-one ever jumped out and said surprise and I just kindly, thankfully, asked for my truck back until they could fix it. Did get a surprising email after saying they were done; course ran out in my driveway just to be sure but they'd not fixed it. Felt sorry for ladies in front office though. Impossible job trying to hide extreme mismanagement and apparently no full-time people in the shop. Stay away, far away, no possible way a business could be worse even trying.

Nightmare of an experience! Repairs not completed properly based on OE standards. This is a dealer body shop and you would think the service would be outstanding, but it’s far from that! Taking my vehicle to another shop in order to have it corrected from Lynch’s attempt at repairing a vehicle. Never again!

Kudos to these people, I had a minor accident breaking my front suspension on a 2017 Camaro. I was 330 miles from home. Dennis was very helpful working to find me a rental car to get home. I was nervous about leaving my car and when I would get it back, in two short weeks it was ready and drove as new all the way home.

They got my GR Supra looking good as new after the whole passenger side was swiped in an accident. Everyone there was professional, easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend their services. 10/10

I had a bout with both the collision center and the insurance company. I'm not saying it was right on my behalf, but when you have taken all you can take on both ends something has to give. I'm a parent that was a rep for my daughter. No doubt about it the work was absolutely gorgeous 🥰 looks like it did before the damage. So hats off to Lynch Collision Center.

I was hit from behind which Ofcourse sent me into someone in front of me. Dealing with the insurance was so frustrating but Haven always kept me updated on my repairs and while some parts were back ordered he always let me know. He was able to handle the insurance and just made this such an easy experience. I have to give 5 stars as Haven went above and beyond to help us get the repairs we needed. Thank you Haven!!

Thank God for you guys. Joe Hudson royally sucks. Their repair job was just crappy. Lynch, however, has NEVER failed me. They made everything easy, quick, and perfect. Customer Service= Perfect Staff= Professional and friendly made me feel special. My Car.... = Back to the way it looked when I bought it. You guys deserve so much praise for running such a great business... I will never stray and use anyone else ever again. I just want to say thank you for treating me like a friend instead of just another client, and taking care of me. I don't understand why ANYBODY would ever use Joe Hudson over you guys, EVER.

Don't know what they did and did not do. Wasn't given paperwork when pickup vehicle. Vehicle was in a accident. Never called back when told I would be by more than one person. Wasn't even called to pick up my vehicle once insurance co paid for it. And even had the nerve to tell me it was ready to pick up 2 days prior. Had to pull teeth to get info instead of them just informing me. Always seemed like I was getting on their nerves. Horrible experience. Awful customer service. Fake customer service, tired to act concerned when I went to the location to check and get updated info. Car was with them for 4 months. Also the 1st two months I would get txt alerts from them informing me of what was going on so Never called than got a alert saying car will be ready on this date so went to pickup car on that date and was told oh no we still waiting on parts don't pay those alerts any attention! Never got another alert for the next two months I continued waiting on vehicle from txt or from staff. Those txt alerts I initially gotten in the first two months seemed quite intentional seeing that I didn't receive any more after I showed up for my car the first time. If this company knows that the system sends out false alerts ⚠️ on the progress you should be alerting your customers to this falseness or get rid of the alerts all together. Because that's where the distrust started and everything after that went downhill.

Was in a rear end collision and selected them to have my car sent to since it was a 2020 model and was purchased at Lynch Toyota. They stayed in contact with me and dealt with my insurance company through the whole process of getting the collision repair estimates. Unfortunately my car was deemed a total loss, so I am unable to review their repair work. However, I would not hessitate to recommend them to anyone else that needs any repairs done to their vehicle.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! We came to Lynch collision center after a minor fender bender. Our experience quickly went downhill as it took 2 months for them to replace the front bumper and radiator. When I got my car back the front right headlight didn't work. We later figured out the headlight unit was cracked and they didn't find that worth telling us. We fixed the headlight on our own. A couple days later there was a leak under the car. We figured out it was the antifreeze reservoir. So we took it back to Lynch and they filled up and said it would be good. After bringing it home it leaked again so we took it back only for them to do THE SAME THING. Filling it up and claiming it was fixed. We ended up having to make two more trips leaving the car there for multiple days each time. After the fourth time of taking the car and Lynch being completely bewildered by the leaking of antifreeze we decided we are not wasting any more of our time with them. As if the incompetence of the workmanship wasn't enough, we had the misfortune of working with Dennis. Dennis was extremely rude and unhelpful. On one occasion while I was asking Dennis about a charge on the invoice he handed it to me and started walking away. I can't not recommend this place enough. STAY AWAY FROM LYNCH COLLISION!!!

Julia (Infiniti owner) reviewed 7/13/22 My Experience ***** My experience with Lunch was amazing. They kept me updated and they did an amazing job fixing my car. They found and fixed all the damage that was done and they were always courteous and respectful. I really appreciated how smooth they made the entire experience. Thank you!

Positive: Every friendly, courteous, professional team Negatives: 1. Insurance company claims no communication for 12 full days after drop off. 2. Had to keep rental extra 5 days at my expense- Lynch 'promises' will be rectified after final submittal to insurance. We'll see!? 3. Told truck ready for pick-up, warned issue with decal (didn't match non-damaged side). They should have ordered both sides and made match!? 4. Upon pick-up, "riveted-look" wheel well cover missing. Must bring back for installation at a later date.

Overspray, damaged interior, and clear coat disaster. This business is the most unprofessional and frustrating ordeal I have ever experienced. They were commissioned to repair my vehicle after a collision. Not only did it take them an ungodly time to finish it, but the repair looked like something I could have done myself, let alone a professional. In addition, they damaged the interior parts of my car, and when confronted, they swore they would repair the damaged parts and fix the unacceptable paint job. However, after multiple calls and visits to the store, they did nothing. I have not received one call back from them. I have given up on them. DO NOT leave your car with these people. They are not professionals. They are amateurs, and you would be better off never coming to this body shop.

I came to town with two of my small children, to visit a relative of mine, and ran into some vehicle troubles while I was down. I was referred to Lynch and brought my van there as soon as I could. Not only were they very professional, they also understood the urgency of the situation because we needed to get home safely. Haven did a wonderful job, he kept me updated through everything, was very kind, and got us home in time. I will be forever thankful and will recommend Lynch Collision and Haven any time we are back in the area!

Took my Brand new 2024 Toyota Highlander in over 3 weeks ago, Nothing major someone hit my parked car and scratched the door and it needed to be repaired. They have had my vehicle for going on four weeks and it still is not ready. After arguing with my insurance company to go with the higher bid and getting it in there, I'm super disappointed that it's taken almost 4 weeks to get my door fixed. If you're in expecting speedy service think again!!!

I contacted Lynch after State Farm said they were an approved repair shop. Made an appointment for an estimate. Took my truck in for estimate. They seemed confused about why I was there and the person to do my appointment was nowhere to be found. Some man came out and took pictures ensuring me he would have an estimate within an hour is so. Here we are a week later and four phone calls. No response. No call back. I have called and they say they are working on the estimate. A week for one bumper to estimate? Do not take your vehicle to Lynch. Joe Hudson is a much better reputable place to handle your needs.

My son had what we thought was a small wreck but the frame of his truck got a little bent. No one else would touch his truck. My husband brought it here and they replaced the frame and fixed all of the other damage in a timely manner. His truck actually looks better than before. We are extremely pleased with the work done and the time frame given to us. It was fixed before the estimated date which made my son very happy.
