Very good experience today with Lynch Toyota having my oil changed. I didn’t have to wait very long. Nice place to wait in a comfortable room. The lady that helped me brought it to my attention (showed me what it looked like) that my air filter was dirty so I had that changed while I was there. All in all I was pleased with my visit today.

I always have to wait 3+ hours every time I come here. This place is always backed up and busy when I come. I just had a diagnostic check for something I told them was the issue. Plus they wanted to charge $90 plus dollars for a diagnostic check. I really wanted to like this location. Really, but I can not come back. On the good side of this location…Mikel is very kind, helpful, considerate, respectful and patient. He is the only reason I came back.

Visited dealership on 8/3/24 and had a horrible customer service experience. Service area was short staffed and just turning people away rudely. They didn’t even offer appointments for a later date and time. I understand being short staffed but does that equate to no customer service? As a 20+ year customer I’ve never been treated that way. I reported the experience to management but no response. They definitely do not seemed concerned with adding another customer to their will not use list. It’s almost a year later and the dealership is under a new owner. Kevin Benton is still the service manager and has not reached out to this day. I’m sure Francisco is still being rude. It’s sad that I have to travel to a different city for service. Oh well.

Stopped in without an appointment as my battery had died. Service Tech took great care of me and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice waiting area - brightly lit, clean and easily accessible. Also stopped in to collision center and was treated equally as well! Mike, one of the technicians there, first tried to push the running board strip back in place. He was unsuccessful but he didn't give up. Eventually he was able to fix the problem and I was very grateful! So kudos to both departments!

Used to be a Good place and I have a service maintenance contract from FL. That covers all Toyota’s service centers. I have been using this place more than a year and utilizing the same service contract. Yesterday, they pushed me to pay for the service (oil change) since they said do not have time to call FL. Arranging paying the charges as per the contract. The contract is valid, yet they did not do the work yesterday.

Amanda took good care of us today. The wait for our service was exactly what she told us it would be. There is a great walking trail very close to the dealership, and also a comfortable waiting area inside. The oil change, tire rotation, and other checkpoints were done well and with no issues.

I visited for my 5,000-mile maintenance service for the first time since the ownership changed. Unfortunately, the technician left the car lights on, which drained the battery, and I was unable to pick up my vehicle. The next morning, I called Toyota, and they told me they would have the battery charged by the afternoon. However, when I arrived later that day, the battery still hadn’t been charged, and once again, I couldn’t take my car home. I never experienced any issues like this before the change in ownership. This was truly a terrible service experience.
