I just picked my truck up today, wow what a huge disappointment. The paint has a run in it, the inside of the cab was completely covered in dust, and my dashboard was left in pieces. I wouldn't let touch my vehicle again if I had to. I even explained to the service manager what type of service I have had with other shops and he assured me that they are " Top Notch" and that I wouldn't have any issues.

Deer strike on passenger side did extensive damage, especially to the front passenger door. The repairs were done quickly and perfectly with communication at every stage. $5000 damage but insurance covered all but $100.

I wish I could give this shop 0 stars. Gots to be one of the highest shops in the area. I stopped by for a quote for an insurance claim and was quoted 2400 dollars for cost. Was told they was gonna have my car atleast a week but after 2 days was told my car was ready I already knew that I was screwed got to the shop and noticed my bumper still had spots in it now this was an insurance claim so they could've gotten it all the way right but instead they did a quick fix and did a blend for the paint. I've been to lots of shops and was told they don't just blend in paint they fix the entire thing so everything looks like new not just fix certain sections they charge $80 an hour so this job isn't a $ 2400 job hell they rob the insurance company and screwed me by not fixing the bumper the right way I will never go back to this over priced shop very unsatisfied and I hope this shop goes out of business for ripping people off hell I couldn't even enjoy my damn rental because they did a quick fix they don't care it's not their car I hope this shop goes out of Auburn where are all the good shops at now days

I was recommended to this collision shop through my insurance company. They were fast and efficient during the estimate process. I was able to drop my car off before work and they allowed me to fill out the paper work online which was convenient. My car was ready within a week and so far I am satisfied with the work they have done. I will definitely recommend this shop to others that are in need of car repairs. I recently took my 2025 Genesis GV80 Coupe to Joe Hudson’s Collision for bumper repair, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. Before the work began, I had a detailed conversation with the team and made it very clear that an exact color match was critical. I even acknowledged that there was a minor 1–2% variation from the factory between the bumper and the body due to material differences—but emphasized that the car needed to look exactly as it did pre-repair. Unfortunately, the work they delivered completely missed the mark. The bumper color is noticeably darker than the rest of the car, and the mismatch becomes even more obvious in low lighting or at night. When I called to voice my concerns, they attempted to deflect responsibility and claimed they had “informed me” of possible color match issues—something that simply did not happen. As a quality engineer who’s worked at both Honda and Kia, I know what to look for, and what they returned to me was unacceptable. The quality just isn’t there. If you drive a high-end or luxury vehicle, I strongly recommend you skip this shop and find a true professional—go to Atlanta if you must. Don’t settle for excuses and subpar results. The manager gave me a lousy “we tried” GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU'RE SMART!!!

Our experience with the Joe Hudson Collision in Auburn was horrible. We were only updated via their automated texts for updates on progress, no phones calls. We had multiple delays in the repair work but not given any update as to why, just an automated text sharing a new completion date. After multiple delays I had to contact this location to find out why the delays. For a family that was having to share cars during this time frame, it was already a huge inconvenience, but then to not be given appropriate updates was just not acceptable, especially for repairs from an accident that wasn’t your fault. I would not recommend this location although we’ve had amazing service at the Montgomery location.

This was the first time I'd been in a car accident with such extensive body damage, and I really didn't know where to go to get it fixed. My son looked up collision centers in the area and recommended this place because of its good reviews, and it seems the good reviews are well-deserved. However, one thing that was a bit disappointing was that I checked the status while waiting for the repairs, and even contacted them the day before pickup, but they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Since it was Friday, I thought it wouldn't be ready this week, but then I received a call after 3 PM on Friday. If I couldn't pick it up on Friday, I would have had to wait until Monday. I barely managed to make it on time to pick up the car. The lack of flexibility with the pickup time was the only thing that was a little disappointing. Anyway, thank you ^__*

They did amazing body work as the end product, friendly communication, and even washed the outside AND inside of my sons car (which most likely really needed it lol). Above and beyond in my opinion.
