My first service and was disappointed in the time it took to complete job. Didn't have diet coke in their soda machine and that was disappointing too. Staff nice and extremely helpful after needing help with issue for seat adjustment.

Diagnostic fee changed from 128 to 168 from July to September. Didn’t feel the need to get my cellphone number and left me waiting to call them. And I didn’t have any problems until I went there the first time in July. Just call around and find a mechanic that respects all people if you’re “some” people.

This place is so unprofessional if you ask me. Waited for 3 hours called to check on my car and they said it's ready. Meanwhile, not even 5 minutes prior to calling I checked on it in person. WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They are not considerate of your time.

I made a reservation and drove the car. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes and the staff member said I would have to wait another 30 minutes again because of the car recall. After an hour and 30 minutes, I couldn't hear any of the babies, so I went and asked and they said it was all over. I am angry at the insincerity of requiring customers to visit and inquire. Why am I not notified of a vehicle recall first? Do you only recall vehicles that come to you? The second KN service center is very messy and the staff are very unfriendly and rude.

Shady and disgusting business practices. This dealership is the worst I have ever done business with. They informed me my car was having issues covered under warranty but it needed to bring the check engine light back on before they could service it. Once the light came back on they refused to service it claiming it needed the entire engine replaced for a separate issue. Every conversation I had with them was filled with lies and they refused to honor their word. I did exactly what their tech and mechanic told me to do and suddenly they claimed this never happened. Never do business here and never buy a Kia if you want a reliable car.

When I bought my car, I purchased some warranties I did not fully understand. I called today to schedule my service, and that's when I realized I didn't understand the warranties. The first gentleman I spoke with was extremely kind and referred me to PJ, as he was not fully able to help me. I spoke with PJ, who referred me to the finance department and I spoke with Mandell. He explained everything the clearest way possible. I was almost ready to cancel both contracts until he explained the benefits of each of them. I would like to thank everyone at Kia of Auburn for all the help I receive from the staff. I've always received exceptional service from this location.
