I wish I could get 0 star, I've scheduled my appointment for 10am and other person had scheduled for the same time and the guy said that I need to go back and schedule again, I tryed to understand what happened and he was a little rude and told me that he was going to try to get me in. But after wait almost an hour I gave up and found another place that did my tires installed in few minutes.

I went there for my car head light and tag light. They only fixed head light, and tag light he said he don’t know how to open (most likely he don’t want to do it). Bruh if you can’t even fix tag light how you gonna take care of the whole car. Poor service, but for the head light cheap price.

I went to walmart auto center yesterday. I had low tire pressure and it was obvious i had a leak. The only helpful thing walmart did was tell me I had a nail in my tire. They said they would call me when they were done with my car (which they said would be done in an hour). I never got a call back. I called them 2 hours later and they said my car was ready. When I got back to walmart, they said they could not fix my car, because they couldn't take the rim off. They offered no other solutions, and was the biggest waste of time. Just happy I didn't have to spend my money there. I recommend going anywhere but here.

Amazing ! Kind Staff! They Were Quick, Efficient, & Have The Lowest Prices ! & They Still Were Willing To Help Me Save A Extra Buck Or Two By Going Over Different Options & Showing Me The Cheaper Products That Have Almost The Exact Same Ingredients As The Expensive Ones. One Staff Member Even Noticed My Grandfathers Retired Military Plates & Thanked Him For His Service ! Wonderful Crew! Wonderful Experience!

If it would let me give zero stars I would. I had two tires put on and both people I spoke with were rude and acted like they didn't care whether they got my business or not, and I'm sure they didn't care. This is the second time in the last few months I have had a bad experience here. I started doing my own oil changes a few years ago after a couple of bad experiences and carelessness at other Walmarts. This was the last time I will use a Walmart Auto Care Center for anything.

This amazing guy Tony helped me with my tire problem. Well my sisters tire. U had to take it there for her in an emergency and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me a few things too. Employing amazing employees like Tony will greatly reconstruct Wal marts image.

Went to get my oil changed after recently purchasing a used car, but when the mechanic checked my oil he was honest and told me that it had just been changed and it would be pointless to change it again. Not only that but he showed me how to check it myself and told me when to come back. I will go here for my oil change every time because of the integrity of that man. He could’ve just changed my oil again and collected my money, but instead he did the right thing and you don’t find that at many auto care establishments anymore. I cannot thank that employee enough for genuinely thinking of the customer first (:

If you a credit card with a wonky chip DON'T EVER USE WALMART!!! They don't let you enter your card number, they have no tap devices, and if you struggle with it, both Walmart and your credit card company will think there is fraud and you'll spend half a day trying to get things resolved. They literally almost took my tires off and put my others back on after waiting for 3 hours trying to get this resolved.

Made an appointment for an oil change where I clarified my vehicle and oil type. Arrived early for appointment and was sent away cause they were completely out of my oil type! Why not tell me that on the phone?

I sat in front of the oil change line for 20 minutes only to be ignored by staff!! I pulled off and left. So I called the service center desk and the lady that answered was SUPER RUDE 👌 I was very nice and just calling to let them know I wouldn't be back. And i live local and have been here previously with no issue. But that stops TODAY! I don't care how busy or short staffed you are, ACKNOWLEDGE people!!!! I work in customer service, worst thing you can do is ignore a customer 😑 and last nut not least no one was I'm a hurry at all!!! Also note there were other vehicles that were waiting to and hadn't been acknowledged!!! This is trash customer service and Walmart won't get my services NO MORE!

Made an 8a tire appointment a week in advance and arrived at 7:55a. Left at 9:55. Only one person working on vehicles when I arrived with another person managing. Didn't get checked in for the appointment until 8:30 and work started at 8:40.

Two visits there, both awful. One was argumentative over the Walmart order he had reading Bill Roberts and my driver's license reading William Roberts. Over $1200 dollars in tires ordered online, address, vehicle, and everything matching, and having email receipt, and tried to deny me my tires. Also refused to install despite appointnent,had to carry off and have done elsewhere Second time, extremely confrontational employee who started screaming. A nightmare. I have never had problems of any kind, other than sometimes being overcharged, at any other auto service, ever. Walmart Auburn is the absolute worst for having at least 2 employees who have no business working with customers in any way. The manager must be very, very ineffective.

Auto care center staff will lie to you! Charge you $120 sum for a new tire when you only need a $15 patch very disappointing go to the one in Opelika.

I went to the Auburn location for an oil change. It was the worst experience the tech lied about the oil he was putting in the car. It says that the synthetic is 24.98, but that's pit crew oil. It doesn't say pit crew oil until you get on the inside and check the monitors. He said full synthetic would be 54.98 Castro. I went inside, and eventually, a lady surfaced behind the counter she said Quaker state was 44.98 and spoke to the tech. He lied and said that what he was putting in. I was wondering why he kept running in the door when he noticed I was talking to the lady behind the counter. Either way, i was charged the 54.98 price and said he lied and didn't use Quaker State. She said no, he didn't, and I paid the bill. If you lie about one thing, you will lie about changing the oil. This is the last time for me using that Walmart. Note : No, Quarker State isn't on here. The service manager told me about it, and it's on the inside monitor.

Simply horrible! I was passing through heading back to Atlanta just before the snow hits. I could hear a thumb on the ride. I pulled over , I noticed one of my tires was in really bad shape so I called ahead to check that my tire size was in stock. I was 2miles away and drove very cautiously. I arrived and the bay doors were closed, ok it's cold out. Tech came up to car but he really seemed like he was not happy to see me. He was super slow with inputting my information then, he finally took my keys and drove my car into the bay...30mins later her comes in the waiting area and claims they don't have the tools to get my bolts off a 3series bmw?! What, first you wasted all this time, then how is this a tire service area and you don't have equipment to work with, lastly now all the places that were still open are closed in this rural town. My daughter and I are currently on the hunt for a 24hr tire place near by, but we may have to grab an hotel and be stranded here due to the negligence and unwillingness to provide service at this center. Two other white customers were serviced but my bolts won't come off my car? I don't believe in coincidences...no air pressure gun?! Don't go here if you value fair treatment for all people and please contact this location about behaviors of bias and/or racism from the car care service bay area! And finally, thankfully, we made it to a used tire place that was open, and they took the tire off in minutes. See pics. Update: A day later, I received a text stating my service has started...sir/ ma'am I was there yesterday night and was refused service, its now the morning after! What type of operation are they running, what a joke!
