Definitely do not go to this shop if you are female. They charged me twice what they should have, and I know this because I had my mechanic do some similar work on my car about two months prior. Unfortunately my car was broken down and I had already used my AAA tow to get there. They are a dishonest business. Do not use.

I was down 10 psi (roofing nail in the tread), drove my car over 30 minutes before closing, and was back on the road in 10 minutes. They were super fast, very reasonable price, and both friendly and professional. As someone who used to sit in a driveway pushing in the patch kit from auto shops, I'm not doing that again as long as I can go here.

Worst customer service. They do not honor their warranty instead they come up with all kinds of excuses. Had my tires balanced,brakes replaced and rotors replaced. Now the parking brake doesn't work Nad the vehicle shakes really bad. The TPS now is now thinking the front tires have low pressures because they swapped the tires and didint relearn the tps system. They think the customers are wrong. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.

I called from down the road with concerns about noisy brakes, asked if they had time to look and fix it. They did not only do exactly that in a friendly and trustworthy manner, but they also fixed a leaky tire I've been dealing with. All this at a reasonable price, very short time (multiple people working on it at the same time for about 1 hour) and in a no pressure, friendly environment.

on july 29th of 2024, I went to this shop to change the breaks(front&rear) for my lexus Ls 430 (2005). they fix it. after a while I started hearing a loud noise that was not before. the sound started to get worst and worst. on september 11 I went to the shop and requested to check what is this sound and noice? and how to fix it? they told me that you have two issues, first, the front wheel bearing/hub needs to be replaced for safty and this will cost $350 if you just do this only and the second is the whole entire suspension needs to be replaced and this will cost $3500 which the same as the value of the car. at this point I have no problem. this is the diagnoses and this is the way they will fix it. I left the shop in despair. then, I went to another shop to check it and to see if he can do the suspensions for a reasonable cost. I left the car and returned the same day and guess what, he said your car is fine,the sound and the noise is because the guy who worked on your breaks didn't tie the break parts. they are loose and the front wheel bearing/hub they replaced is totally unnecessary. add to that he checked the front upper and lower control arms and found they are in good shape. this guy didn't charge me to retie the breaks again ,he said he did nothing. my car now is working with no noise whatsoever I'm writting this review to warn customers becuase this shop put my family's safety in danger. I don't know if they know what they are doing or they intentionally do that to get more money unnecessary. Honesty is every thing and it will bring you more customers and keep your reputation.please don't go and save your money.

I've been here twice now in two years for a nail in my tire. The first time they were able to patch it up super cheap within minutes. This time they confirmed my suspicions that it was time for new tires and couldn't repair the tire with a screw in it. I was in and out with four new tires in 20 minutes and felt I got a fair price. Totally unprofessional, Just bought this truck, allingment was bad so I brought it here to fix it, they did the job, they charged me $80 for the job. Took off from there and it was worse, they then sent me to there other shop just so they can tell me I needed to change my lower control arm, and ball joints. The point is they charged for a job that when I changed the parts I needed to change, I still had to align my truck.... Elsewhere...rippoffs
