First of all, I’d like to compliment this place for being very organized. They take photos of the issues, explain the reasons for the repairs, and give an estimate before I decide to proceed. Overall, the service I received was excellent and the work was completed right on time as promised. One thing I’d recommend: go early when they open at 7 a.m. to get in line. The daily queue fills up very quickly. On my first visit, I arrived at 9 a.m., and they were already fully booked for the day — I had to come back the next day.

Isabelle did a really great job working with my schedule. The loaner car option was very convenient. The person who called me was not pushy about some of the other things I needed to get done. Just explained the importance of getting them done and why. Did my inspection in a timely manner and I was able to go to work and get it back same day. The thank you snack in my car was a nice touch. This is your ideal car shop. Pricey but you get what you pay for.
