Don't let the name of this business fool you, it's ran by an absolute scam artist, he "fixed all my issues" on a 4,500$ car, for 3K only to inform me when I picked up the vehicle that there was another 1700$ in repairs needed on the vehicle, he of course told me about this AFTER I paid, to top it all off, he replaced my rims with spare tire rims, to the point a tire shop wouldn't replace them because of the liability, the fact that anyone would run a business so underhandedly blows my mind. The icing on the cake is that he over charged, don't let his family friendly appearance, take your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

Let me start from the top. I was hearing a load noise. Sounds like the tire was missing up. I took it to another shop and they said it was almost $8,200.00. They listed some issues that wasn’t even wrong with my truck. A friend of mine told me about Faith and I made to choose to take it to them to get them to look at it. I was amazed of the price they fixed it for. Also they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. They are not only nice the price was almost an 8th of the cost. Test drove my truck and it drives better than it did new. The noise is gone and I happy in both ways that it rides better and my pocket book. Thank you Faith for the great job you done

Chris is excellent. My earlier first visit was very impressive. I wish my second visit had been as good. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't there when my car needed his skill set. Turning the ignition key randomly failed to start the car. I first thought it was a battery problem. After buying 2 batteries at Auto Zone in the space of 1 week, the problem continued. I brought it to Faith. Failure to start is unpredictable, but the battery is no longer the problem. There is still power to radio, lights, etc, but - randomly - turning the ignition switch / key fails to start the car.That leaves the starter motor or ignition switch as suspect items. Dropped the car off Monday. On Tuesday, I got an estimate for … a new battery. Nothing indicated the starter motor or ignition switch had been checked. Picking the car up Thursday, it was still parked where it had been parked Monday. I was told - again - no problem was found with the starter motor or ignition switch. I'd like to believe both were examined, but I'm very doubtful they were. If my car weren't still in the same spot it was dropped off, I'd be less skeptical. As it is, I'm hard-pressed to believe anything other than a snap ‘it has to be the battery’ guess was made. No, I do not know that as a fact, but it's a hard conclusion to avoid. The entire experience is disappointing because the first had been so positive. I genuinely like Chris, and I'm impressed with the depth of his knowledge. He has the expertise to diagnose and correct a problem like this. It was my misfortune he was out when I brought the car. I won't be back. I regret that.

Stumbled upon Faith Automotive just after leaving my vehicle at Gateway for brake work. Returned to Gateway, retrieved my vehicle and gave Chris and his mechanic a shot. They did not disappoint. I was charged $172.13 to have bulbs put on my F-150 on 7/5/24. I had purchased all my bulbs before any work was done which Chris agreed to install for me. He replaced the headlamps and fog lights in LED as u had asked and neglected to change my turn signals for me. I noticed this after leaving and the formed him on Monday 7/8/24 that the bulbs weren’t completed as we agreed. He agreed that since I had paid for the service that he would install the turn signal lamps for me as well. So this morning I dropped the truck off to have the work done we agreed upon and an hour later the was called to explain why they were in an Autozone bag and that he believed I lied about having those bulbs at the time of the previous service. I returned to explain and show the receipt from Amazon confirming I did in fact have the bulbs he disputed. He then turned me away and told me to have a good day claiming he’s lost money working on my truck. Have a nice day too Chris.

Faith Automotive, Chris and team have been clutch for me and my family. Our SUV AC was running warm in the back. The dealer was 3 weeks out to diagnose. This was not repair. I called to see when I could bring my SUV in. Chris explained he didn't take warranties but would call Ford to see if the issue would be something that would normally be covered. He called and they explained it would not. He was able to get us back up and running the same day. I don't think we could have made it in this Memphis heat 3-4 weeks with no air. Our rear A/C went out on our vehicle over the weekend. Every shop in town seemed to have a 3 week wait time (or longer!) Someone finally recommend Faith Automotive and we were blown away! I called, and explained our situation- we have multiple children with special needs including epilepsy. Three of those children have seizures that are triggered by being overheated, and in this 90 degree Memphis weather, going without A/C just isn't an option for them. It could be a life-threatening situation. They had us bring the vehicle in this afternoon, and just a few hours later, it was completely fixed and back in our driveway! They are efficient, ethical, and honest. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of customer service is unparalleled in this day and time. It brought back memories of the type of old-fashioned service from years ago, where they were courteous and caring, and took pride in a job well done. 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired!!

I have never been moved enough to leave a review, but I feel compelled to let everyone know how great of an experience I have had with Faith Auto. Finding a reputable mechanic can be a nerve wracking activity, and Faith Auto has completely taken the stress out of the process. My family was in a tough spot experiencing vehicle trouble and Chris came across the parking lot to help us out; something he absolutely didn't have to do. He provided us with a quick and thorough vehicle test and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since then I have been bringing my vehicles here and have no plan to ever stop. FAITH Auto is EXCEPTIONAL!! I had a car issue on my trip from OK to Memphis and Faith Auto was the best! I made an appointment for my car and they were able to see me that day. Chris explained the problem in terms I could easily understand and he gave me some very helpful solutions. Had my car back in under an hour. Mike at the front desk was an awesome individual.
