I brought my Nissan Pathfinder into Henry to see if he can figure out what was wrong with the mass air flow sensor. I had taken this to two other shops including the Nissan dealership and every few months it broke again. Henry ran some diagnostics on it and figured out what the problem was and had the whole thing fixed in a few hours at a very reasonable price. I'm going back to him for everything but bananas and toilet paper.

The professionalism and skill that Henry has is second to none. I’ve had both of my work trucks F250/F350 serviced and repaired by him. The price is more than reasonable and I never question if it’s done to the best ability of any shop. He even found and fixed a coolant leak when I was showing him my LS swapped C10 truck.

My second encounter with Family Automotive was once again very positive. Shortly after taking our 2005 Nissan Pathfinder LE in for service, I was given a follow-up call by "Kenzie," front office manager, who told me what lead mechanic, Henry Paschane, had diagnosed with our vehicle. Our vehicle was given same-day attention and service and was washed and ready for us to pick up the same day that it was delivered to their shop. I think that Family Automotive's service is outstanding for their professionalism, friendliness and courtesy. I had my van looked at and also bought a Yukon from them. These guys are top notch. the best repair shop I've ever dealt with. And it's family owned where the owners are working right here in the shop, fixing cars! They really look out for you and are extremely knowledgable... I had a van that was constantly over heating. They were the second mechanic that looked at it. It was a complicated situation where it was either the heads or a new engine needed. Before they started ripping the engine a part to investigate they stopped and told me the scenario of what I would be paying if they kept going and the possible situations (either heads or new engine). I decided to scrap it and sell the van at an auction in which they helped me sort that out.
