I always have good service here. They are quick. They tell me what they think I should get but if I say no there's no hassle. Always let me know if there is an issue they see for me to check with my mechanic. The only place I go.

I usually had my car oil change and car wash through Holly and/or Flint locations. Today was my first time at Burton. I was thinking of going to Flint Miller Rd but changed my mind... I saw Burton Fast Eddies and decided to go there instead. The people treated me kindly and were nice. I was a little disappointed about the oil change price but they offer extra miles so I took it with risk. And I got a free car wash lol. So, I just wanna say thank you for taking care of my car's oil change and for your excellent customer service! God bless you! :)

I've had great experiences here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they do good work!! I've had both of my vehicles serviced here, one almost classic car and one quite a bit newer, and haven't had any issues with the services provided. And the car wash is kind of cool too with all the lights!! Overall, a great place for an oil change and a car wash!!

Polite staff and well kept building/grounds. If I washed my truck that much, I noticed they have a monthly membership that pays for itself in 2 washes! Someone could get me that for Christmas!!!

Got here for an oil change first thing Saturday morning. The gentleman in the garage was so very nice, helpful, and very professional! I usually don’t like doing these things without my dad or husband, because they often take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. But they were the exact opposite here, and also had some ladies in the shop! I highly highly recommend coming here.

They do a good job on both my cars oil changes, an they have a great car wash, an if u like ur car clean an the tires rims sparling like diamonds an a smile to get morning started in the right direction..we all have our days that's a given , but at the end of the day rather it be morning noon or nite when I pull in the car wash on either Bristol an Fenton Rd or my personal favorite Miller Rd an that's cuz the blower on the vacuums are the as bomb...point being in always greeted with a huge smile even when the person smile is dryn the cars in hundred degree weather an still shoots ya smile A thank you Fast Eddies

I don't understand why they don't have a higher rating. They are awesome there. The employees treat you like they're your friend and they just be honest with you about what's going on and what they think you should get they don't just try to force you to get the highest one. I love this place. Someone doesn't give it five stars it's because they're a horrible person. I will never go anywhere else again I'm sorry that I did the last time before this.

The employees here go above and beyond just good service. Never pushy with upsells and as a woman, I appreciate that. Went for service today and mentioned that a concerning dash light was on. The young man hooked up a device to check it out and then cleared the dash light. Huge relief for me and he wasn't obligated to do that, but he did anyway. Great service.

So far so good got the membership unlimited washes. Beware only one wash a day . I Got a cheap Michelin Wipers on my truck . "Thin metal ones" they easily bend and pin comes out causing them to not function properly when lifted. And this little Gremlin came to life at my last wash. It was freezing out they pulled me into the oil change erea of the facility and snapped the pin back in. Complimentary. Very great full for that. But don't get how I missed the unlimited washes but only one a day when I signed up. However though when I discovered this I came back later in the day for a second wash to get the salt off my truck from being on the freeway all day and discovered it was not truly unlimited washes. The young man working sent me through anyways with a one time complimentary wash because I was next to pull in & Because of the miss understanding.
