Over the last few years, I have had a number of repairs done on 3 vehicles: a '97 Buick, an '02 Impala, and an '07 Trailblazer. Each time, A&M did the repair for the quoted price and finished when they said they would. This was true even on the occasions when they called to tell me about something unrelated to the repair which needed attention (these were not items to "pad" the price, but things that really did need to be taken care of - they were happy to show me the items so that I could see for myself the reason for the extra cost.) I have been very happy with the work don on my vehicles and I believe that these people are honest and fair. I have no reservations about recommending A&M to others.

They are a mom and pop joint. Leah and Jeff made sure they took care of my car. I got a transmission put in. Best deal in town and Jeff made sure I knew what else all needs to be done to my car. Very good pricing and fair. Very polite, friendly service, and fast service. Had my car done in a fair amount of time. Was upfront about everything and Leah answer all my questions. Got great warranties on all my parts so no worries in that department. Would high recommend to all my family and friends to give them a call.

all i can say is I really wish either more businesses were as focused on doing right by the customers. Jeff and everyone at A&M Trans were very professional. They really want you to have the best service possible. It reminds me of that saying, “Do unto others as you would want done to you”. So they do work as they would expect if they were the customer. Really wish I could find more companies that care about taking the same approach. And in regards to price, more then fair. Anything transmission Im only going to A&M Trans

The secretary was very rude and did not want to hear anything about the vehicle, symptoms, or issues (not even the make or model) instead just stating “Just drop it off and we will look at it!” Then hung up on me without even saying goodbye. This is very poor customer service. If that is how they treat customers, I’d suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere as I did.

Jeff will crawl to the edge of the earth for his customers. I bought a van with a transmission that had previously been replaced by him. Unfortunately, the replacement transmission had a manufacturer defect, but Jeff took care of it. A couple of weeks later, the 30+ year-old tail housing failed, and replacements for it are no longer available. Undeterred, Jeff bought another van of the same model and year, but the tail housing from that one didn’t fit. Jeff didn’t stop there—he used every resource at his disposal to track down the right part, and now my van is running perfectly.

Took my father’s pick up to A&M Transmission because it was leaking transmission fluid. Spoke with Jeff and he said he would look everything over and get me an estimate. He found the cooler and lines rusted really bad, but said the transmission was still fine. His price was reasonable and also offered a military discount. He called me during the time he was fixing things to let me know he found the universal joint on the steering column was bad and that the right tie rod was bad. He said he noticed the steering was off when he test drove it and then found the problems. He gave me a quote to fix these two things after spending a couple hours finding the parts as GM no longer made them. Again the price was more than reasonable. I’ll add a picture of the U joint. It was rusted so badly it could have broke at anytime leaving the truck with no steering. This attention to detail most probably saved my dad from having an accident. I highly recommend A&M Transmission, the work they do is outstanding and the extra attention they give is not seen often now days. The military discount is an added bonus that saved my father alot of money. Jeff kept me in the loop the entire process, communication could not have been better.

Gave great advice on where to go from here with my vehicle.
