Took my mom’s car in to get a tire plugged from a nail. They tried to sell us a set of tires for $1200 when we said no thanks it took 5 1/2 hours to put a plug in. The car only has 45000 miles not driven much. Tires should be 60000 mile tires.

Took my truck there Saturday with everything working and got all 4 tires and know the air pressure sensors on all 4 tires not working and now they want to charge me 240 more to fix them when they was fine. How do they keep getting away with doing things to people cars and charge more to fix whatever they did not right.

My wife took our vehicle in to get new tires/alignment/headlamps. After picking up the vehicle there was a slight sound while driving, we noticed that the fender liner was loose, so we brought it back and they replaced the clips that were broken. We had to go to an appointment after, and noticed the clunking was still happening. We brought the vehicle in the next day and we're told to wait, and they'd look at it again real quick. After waiting for an hour I asked for an estimate of time, they said it would be about 2 more hours. I wish they were honest instead of telling us it would be very quick. We had another shop take a look, they found that the brake caliper bolt was hanging by a thread. There was no reason the brake caliper bolt should have been loose to do the work they did, it seems the mechanic thought he was doing a brake job at first. Poor communication between management and employees, I will not be going to this location ever again.

I came in to get an alignment having all of my front end fixed, which they told me I needed. Then they proceed to tell me this time that the same problem is in the rear and that they can’t do my alignment. Then they do a front end alignment and rip the boot off my tie rod that I just had replaced.

I have been taking my vehicles here for tires and service for over 20 years. I work with Jerome because I followed him here from another, now closed, tire store. I trust Jerome and he always looks out for my best interest even if I may not like what he tells me about the cost. When I do get work done it is usually done by their mechanic, Bob. He is an expert, period. My favorite part of waiting for my car is going to either McDonald's or Red Baron's right next door.

Burton Center road store replaced my struts last weekend. Did a poor alignment after. I phoned them asking to have it redone. They stated any bell tire will correct it. Not true, the Auburn hills store said I should take it back to the center rd store. I took it there this morning & they said we are busy today & should bring it back Monday morning. This is unacceptable.

Sorry to the good guys that have worked at Belle Tire that have helped me through the 15 years that I had been a loyal customer but the new manager James just made sure that ends today. My wife and I dropped off my wife's Camaro today for a low tire, easy fix, but the new manager James saw a woman and thought he could high pressure sell her on a lengthy list of unnecessary repairs in addition to a new set of tires. In truth only one tire needs replaced, as the driver side was replaced in the spring at this very location due to a pot hole, regardless the tread level was too low to be patched safely, so it took James five hours to provide such an abhorrent attempt at service how could I have faith in them now replace my worn tire let alone do anything else with the rest of my cars. So I will now take my wife's Camaro to Costco which does not charge members for almost anything but the tires saving me a few hundred in fees and replace the tire without the sleezy attempt at upselling unnecessary repairs and services to my wife. In regards to the list of unnecessary repairs I have a mechanic at Finish Line in Burton, and Finish Line just inspected the car in spring replaced the shocks and struts and gave the car a clean bill of health for another year.

Had a whole new front end put on my vehicle. Came here for a front end alignment. Said I needed a new control arm. Got that fixed and came back three months later and tell me I need tons of repairs in the rear and can’t do a front alignment. All of my parts didn’t go bad in three months. Told me they could try to adjust the front because With back needing done they can’t do full alignment. I said ok so I could at least drive my car home. Have my mechanic come over and check my vehicle telling him what they said was wrong with it. He looks over my vehicle and sees they tore my boot off of my tie rod I just had replaced two weeks ago (doing the adjustment they said they could do). They just didn’t want to do any work covered on my warranty. Trying to sell me $1,400 in parts in my estimate. Estimate also included a front end alignment which I have a year warranty for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Horrible service. Dropped off a fleet truck for an oil change. Once the salesman knew he couldn't up sell attitude changed. Was told an hr and a half. Came back 4hrs later and it wasn't even pulled into the bay. Very unprofessional especially with dealing with corporate accounts.

I am the office manager of a repair shop in Flint. Alignments are one of the few things we don’t do, so I was referring all of our clients to Belle tire after repairs. Lately we’ve had some clients (females) call us saying Belle tire said they needed more repairs before they could get an alignment. One tried to drop off and they wanted to charge more so she brought it back to us, when my mechanic dropped it off they just did the alignment no problem, In one instance she went to Martins they quoted $1900 for something on the drivers side before an alignment ,then Belle tire said it needed something completely different on the other side of the vehicle, which it did not need. I spoke to Greg and let him know she’s just had repairs and she does not need what he says she needs. I took it to Mr. Front End and it was done with no issues. It’s only 5-6 vehicles a week we send, but still , they just lost 5-6 vehicles a week and have now given that money to their competitor Mr. Front End, thats some shady business you have going on.

Came in for an alignment, was told my inner and outer tie rods were bad. Took the vehicle to 2 other shops I’ve used and had good experiences with over the years and both said the parts were in good working order and didn’t need to be replaced. Also their price to replace said parts was over $100 more than both shops I took it to. Also wanted about $400 for brake pad replacement which is also very expensive for the job. Between replacing my good parts and doing the brakes (which i redid with new rotors a couple months ago but haven't confirmed if they need replaced yet) they wanted just shy of $1000. Instead of getting my alignment done there I held off completely and went to Mr.front end who is charging me $90 instead of the $120 these guys quoted me. Seems to be too common a theme that everything I’ve had quoted from other shops is a good amount cheaper for the same job. Frustrating to realize a company at this level would either not have guys experienced enough to check these items properly or intentionally upsell parts that aren’t bad.

My daughter had a flat. It was towed and left at Belle Tire. Next day, they plugged the tire. A screw was a culprit. So it went well. Next morning, tire was flat. Aired it up and went back and the tire also had a split in sidewall. So she bought a new tire and will be back to buy more tires soon.

I purchased for new tires from this location and it was a 5/5 experience. The price was good and the staff did a great job. However, trying to get your tires rotated is a huge frustration. It's free with the tire purchase, but they never have time to fit you in. Additionally, you also can't make an appointment online. I went in four times and was told it would be several hours before they could work on it. The manager said the best time for walk-ins would be Saturday morning and even though they open at 8am, the doors are unlocked at 7:30. I get there at 7:30 and was told they couldn't open the doors until 8. Needless to say, this led to further irritation. In other words, once they get your money they won't treat you as well for follow up services.

I took my car in today because one of the tires wouldn't hold air (I had bought the tires there 2 years ago). Though I didn't have an appointment they took care of it almost immediately, removed a piece of metal, and patched it. So fast in fact that I didn't notice the text they sent that I could pick it up. Walked in early for my appointment. Was greeted in a friendly manner. The whole staff was professional and thorough. I've dealt with shady car shops in the past, so I get a feel for things when something is not right. That wasn't the case with the gentlemen at the Center Road Location. Their Honesty and clear integrity made me very comfortable and put me right at ease. Not to mention the unlimited alignment checks, unlimited tire rotations, and unlimited tire balances. As far as I can tell, I don't have to look any further for tires, and service, moving forward. Thanks Guy's !
