Made a appointment for new tires and rims to be installed. Upon arrival i was informed there was no appointment made for me.(strike 1).i had 4 new tires installed on 4 new rims, i was told it would be 45 mins maybe 1 hour do the work. Well i was there 2 hours(strike 2).really guys , 2 hours to mount and install 4 tires. Thats a bit excessive. Someone needs more training. Looks to be a quality install. Balance of tires is good at highway speed, price was good for service. Just a bit to long of a wait for me..so against my better judgment I gave them another shot..well guess what?.this time it.took 3 hours with a confirmed appointment to mount and install 4 tires on my car. Seriously I will never have tires installed at walmart ever again.another reason I really don't like to do business with walmart.high expectations with poor results.

I feel upset after waiting a whole week to change the tires on my car, they change the day and now they tell me that they are two hours late. In addition, the service staff does not have a work attitude and they are not even attentive to the customers.

I went to the Walmart Auto Oil and Tire Center Monday evening, December 11, 2023. The location on Court Street in Burton. Just after 6:00pm. The service tech came to my door shortly after I arrived. No other cars ahead of me. So no wait time. All I needed was an air filter for my car. The tech worker looked up the correct air filter for the Chevy Malibu. He said it won't be long to install the new filter as I waited in the waiting area. After he was done I had asked him about tires for the Malibu as well. He checked the tread depth and all 4 tires still have good tread. No need for new tires. I forgot his name but he is excellent with top notch customer service. He went the extra mile in customer service. I recommend anyone to go to this Walmart Auto Center in Burton. Excellent service and quality workers that care. 5 star service.

Worst auto center ever, lapeer is way better. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to be able to DROP OFF MY KEYS and walk away and get work done. not pull up to the oil center and still have NO ONE BOTHER to come out. Never again. Zero stars if I could

Initially got there to witness employees yelling at each other. After waiting for a few minutes, I went inside to check in for my appointment. I was "not so professionally" told to go back and wait in my vehicle to be greeted. An employee finally made it to me and checked me in (probably the only employee I encountered that didn't have a poor attitude). I was told it would take about an hour. The appointment time was 11, and I got there at 10:45. The vehicle finally finished at 1:00... And they even forgot to put on a valve cap for one of my new tires. Because of the long wait, and the negative attitudes of the employees, I opted to just leave and borrowed a valve cap from one of my bicycles at home. Lesson learned... Even with an appointment, and the shop not being very busy, it is not the place to get professional treatment.

I would not recommend this place blew a tire out hitting a pothole went there to get a new one was forced to purchase 4 new tires because they wouldn't replace just 1 for my safety had to have all 4 new, didn't bother to say a word about the ball joint and control arm being busted just let me drive away because the broken ball joint and control arm was so safe ....what a joke you call and ask and it's we're not mechanic so it's not our problem they got their commission....oh yea and 4 new tires and they only balanced 1 of the 4 like wow

Do not use this auto center for anything period. They sell you Tires from one store cash and carry to put on at this one in Burton then the 2 ladies that were there were not eager to install them because they didn't want to and made the excuse because it was missing the stud, that they remove the lug nut last year then cross threaded back on causing it to have to be broken off so I had tires professionally installed by someone else because it was missing the stud. These people are incompetent and not licensed to do anything to your car, i won't even allow them to put air in my tires there now. I doubt any of them have had any formal training in any kind of auto repair at all, and definitely don't have a attitude to work or hustle when they are pretending to work on your vehicle. The place was nasty dirty and had rat poison boxes in a couple of the corners, and the employees were unkempt and presented to me as needing showers!!!

Wal-Mart is just flat out the better option as far as product price and quality of service and you can't ask for anything more than that, way better experience overall than that of an experience at Target which doesn't necessarily present the same when it comes to Black People so I appreciate Wal-Mart, not being closed minded towards Black People like Target does.

TRASH! Bought tires 3 months ago, they won't honor a warranty on a replacement. They can't plug the tire. They can't even get my tire for like 2 weeks, they said it would still take me a week if I ordered the tire. They can't even honor a warranty by putting a different tire in place. Discount tire is absolutely worth the business more. Most importantly, they didn't even tighten my luggage nuts all the way on the previous tire they plugged.

I came there at 10:30 and was told that they couldn't change my oil at that time because of tire appointments. I asked if I could get it changed before 3 and the lady told me definitely and to come back at 12/12:30. I came back at 12 and a new lady told me they were only taking appointments that day. I told her what the first lady told me and she said there would be a 3 hour wait and to schedule online. Before this I've had no problems but I will not be returning.

do NOT take your car here for an oil change.. I drive a 2022 RAV4. My car has never leaked as it is fairly new.. took it here for an oil change and it was leaking so much oil. came back the next day and they were not in the slightest sorry. they came back saying the tech didn’t “clean up” after he was done and I simply do not believe them. I will be going somewhere else to confirm they didn’t mess anything up

I got an oil change here recently in burton and good thing i checked behind them. I have a 2003 hummer and it didn't leak...I got home and realized they did Tighten the oil filter. Messed up my driveway...SMH...it was barely hand tight...I was able to get 1 whole turn on the filter...I will send pic

Purchased four tires and scheduled and appt for a week and a half later. Tracked the order, tires arrived four days prior to installation appt. Two hours before appt received a text saying the haven’t received tires yet. Went to store and visually confirmed they were there with my name on them. They assured me my appt time was still good. Handed keys over ten mins before appt time. Shopped for an hour went to take a look and they moved my vehicle and started another install. Took my vehicle and tires to DISCOUNT TIRE down the road and they quickly and skillfully mounted and balanced. I will never step foot in a WALMART again. Absolute nightmare. I urge you to find somewhere else.

Walmart’s auto center in Burton has been a great place to go. My husband & I do still love supporting our own local small businesses for our auto repairs and needs, but some of our children are in college and live away from home and twice now, this location has helped our family when we’ve needed it. They are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and get the work done in a timely manner. Thank you to Walmart’s auto care center workers for your help on our tires this weekend and making time for us. I had my oil changed here last night and the gentleman that helped me was the nicest person I've dealt with in Walmart. He was so helpful and kind. I don't know his name, but he had a long ponytail. Thank you, sir. I truly appreciated your kindness.
