Does not stand behind work. If there is an issue with the quality of work they blame it on customer, reluctantly repair, then tell you not to come back and that you are not longer welcome on property!

We took our strait truck in there after we hit a dear (RIP Bambi) and we had a great experience. I was taken out to the work truck and the man that fixed it showed me exactly what was broken, itemized the bill and had explained everything in detail and also went out of his way to get a better deal on parts. I would recommend them to any one. I am also a woman and did not feel like he was talking over my head or trying to get one over on me. And I do not know ANY THING about vehicles. I cant remember the guys name because we went in over the winter, but they were all nice to me.

My vehicle was involved in an accident out of state. T. Rods was recommended by the adjuster so my truck was taken there. T. Rods knew that I was out of state and my family member was young and inexperienced. The insurance company screwed up so my finished truck sat at the shop until they got their shit together, so the shop charged me an extra $900.00+ for storage. My truck was just returned to me. My husband was so angry when he saw the shoddy work that was done. The fenders were not gapped appropriately so the hood has huge gaps between it and the fenders. The driver's side door has nearly no gap between it and the fender. They screwed up the tape trim on the side of the truck and for some reason the electric seat on the driver's side and the radio no longer work correctly. I will now have to take my truck to my local body shop and get these issues corrected at my cost. I would never recommend this place of business. They take advantage of you if they can.

Took our 2015 Chevy Equinox there to see if they could fix two badly rusting spots by the wheel wells. They replaced both fenders and color matched the paint so well it looks like a new car.
