I highly recommend Fast Land Auto Repairs. Ameena is very courteous and friendly, and, the reception/waiting room is clean and comfortable, which is important in this Covid era. They checked my car for the problem I was concerned about, test drive it and did not charge me, this was after about 25 minutes which displays honesty and integrity which is very admirable. I live in WPB… when I need my vehicle serviced I take that 45 minute drive. I know it will be done right the first time, they get right to the issue, very affordable and not to mention very friendly, great customer service. I am so happy to have found this shop. I have had a difficult time finding a trustworthy and cost effective mechanic, especially in South Florida. I often felt other shops expected they could take advantage of me, believing that as a female, I wouldn't know better. This couldn't have been further from the truth at Mr. Tom's. Joe listened to what I had to say, confirmed the issues, and provided options and advice. He was flexible with timing and made every effort to accommodate me. If you know what is wrong and ask for a price he will give you an honest quote for the work over the phone, unlike most of these places that give you the runaround, saying, "we have to see the car to make an estimate." Then they hit you with the laundry list of problems and a fee for just looking at it. I am so done with that. I will definitely stick with Mr. Tom's. The shop may be no frills, but he's honest, reasonably priced, and does great work! What more could I ask for?

I first used their services about three years ago and have not gone to another mechanic since. My AC had been damaged by a wreck & I thought that the compressor might be good But knew the evaporative cooler needed to be replaced. They told me that it was likely that the compressor was bad since it had set up for two years. They gave me a quote. When I came to pick up the vehicle, they told me that it was less than what they quoted because they did not need to replace the compressor. Ameena and her family business were honest even when it didn’t benefit them. That’s hard to find at a mechanic shop.

Nice people and great work except I finally got my services paid for (I am a domestic violence victim and needed help), and it's VITAL my windows go down because my psycho ex put a portable generator in my car to hurt me. Anyway, service paid for, and now they won't answer my calls or finish the work. All I need is them to complete what is already paid for.

I went to Fast Lane 35 years ago when it was Mr Tom's Auto Air. They took very good care of a single nurse working nights. Fast forward to now. They took excellent care of two issues promptly and professionally. Their prices are very reasonable and their staff (Amina) returns calls promptly and pleasantly. TEN stars.
