Absolutely top quality service. Chris Jackson and his team are extremely thorough and very professional. I brought my car to the shop on an afternoon to weld a radiator core support, and despite an already busy work schedule, I was able to pick the car up the next morning. Chris is highly knowledgeable and was more than willing to answer my many questions. It goes without saying that finding a trustworthy and reliable shop can be a daunting task but Jackson Performance is one of the few places where you will find your expectations exceeded with no run-arounds. **I am also pleased to know that a friend I referred had a similar experience when it came to sourcing performance parts. If you’re looking for a shop to do any type of work this is the place to go. Chris the owner is a great guy he is extremely knowledgeable. Colton, answered all my questions and concerns. Hunter the mechanic was timely and great quality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great custom work on their vehicle. The best thing about Jackson Preformance is the TRUST. It’s hard to find people that treat you like family and care about you. They helped me build the exhaust of my dreams on my Explorer ST. Last week my car broke down in the middle of the street. Moments later a Good Samaritan stopped and asked me if I needed any help. It was obvious his EXPERTISE was on automobiles. He knew immediately what the problem was with my car. He secured a tow truck within 20 minutes. I asked this GS if he could fix this, his reply was, of course. I own an auto repair shop . Repairs were taken care of & suggestions for the upkeep of my car . Routine maintenance was overlook from former mechanics. Very impressed with Chris’s knowledge, professionalism & honesty.
