They need to learn how to answer the phone and when you do don’t put people on hold for 20 minutes and never pick back up. I had business for them but now I’m taking it elsewhere.

I recently tried out this mechanic for the first time after my usual shop couldn’t pinpoint where my coolant was leaking on my 95 Firebird. From the start, he went above and beyond—not only diagnosing and fixing the leak but also addressing other necessary repairs along the way to ensure my car was in top shape. The whole process took about a week, but that’s because it was a big job, and he was incredibly thorough with testing and making sure everything was done right. Upon pickup, he meticulously walked me through the work he completed, explaining why each fix was necessary and what he had noticed during the repairs. It’s rare to find a mechanic this meticulous and transparent. I’m not someone who takes car maintenance lightly—I believe if you take care of your car, it’ll take care of you. That’s why I was more than okay with the price estimate, because I knew my car was in great hands. He provided honest fair pricing, and given the quality of work, I have no complaints. What really stood out was the level of communication - before, during, and after everything was all said and done. Throughout the week, he kept me updated with phone calls, texts, sending me videos and giving detailed explanations of what he was working on and why, which really gave me a lot of confidence in his work, and peace of mind. I have been using Felix Automotive to fix my cars since it was put under new ownership a few years ago and I haven't looked back. The new owners, Ismael Sr. and his son Jr. always provide personal service, quality workmanship and great prices. When I have a question, need advice or just a quick repair they are always there from me. Do yourself a favor and give them a try the next time you need work done to one of your vehicles and I'm sure you will be glad you did. These guys installed a newly rebuilt 5.4L Triton engine in my 2003 Ford Expedition and it has run like a champ ever since!! Thank you Felix Automotive, you guys have brought all of my cars up to date on their services and I will be back as soon as I'm due for my next service.

This shop is wonderful!! Ismael and the rest of the crew truly care about their costumers. I just recently moved here and needed help with my car. With no appointment I showed up, mid day. They were extremely busy, but they still worked on my car. They made me feel like a family member. They were honest and upfront about time and pricing. They did an excellent job on my car.
