I’m not a big fan of corporate oil change spots usually more expensive and they try to nickel and dime you. Went last minute type of deal and got my oil service there when I got there they did an ex inspection on my vehicle of certain things and let me know, but they weren’t trying to force or try to add extra work to my oil change. The customer service was very good very friendly and were very knowledgeable. They even showed my dipstick to show that I have the new oil in my car which I liked a lot because I’ve went to oil change places before where they didn’t even put the brand new oil in my car and I would have to drive back and get really upset they took care of everything and I was out of there 15 .

My daughter brought our 2014 Ram to this location. Unfortunately, the staff pressured her into agreeing to unnecessary upgrades by falsely claiming there were issues with the truck. They charged her extra for something that wasn’t even a problem, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even fix the light that was actually out. This experience was both misleading and frustrating. We expect a full refund for the unnecessary charges and for the originally reported issue—the light—to be properly fixed. Please address this promptly.

10 stars out of 5!!! This was my first time at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I have to say, the experience was incredible!!! They have earned a new client and will be recommending them to friends and family. Trenton, the manager, was very professional, took the time to explain things in a matter I understood, made recommendations, and was patient with me during the process. His whole team, including Trenton, were very friendly, professional, and courteous. Now a days, it's very difficult to find a place where you don't feel rushed...Trenton and his team earned my respect today by making me feel like my business mattered. And yes, their prices are very reasonable!!! Give them a try, and you won't be disappointed.

She explained all that she had to do to get to the changing of the light bulbs in my car..She even showed them to me after they were replaced.
