My daughter brought our 2014 Ram to this location. Unfortunately, the staff pressured her into agreeing to unnecessary upgrades by falsely claiming there were issues with the truck. They charged her extra for something that wasn’t even a problem, and to make matters worse, they didn’t even fix the light that was actually out. This experience was both misleading and frustrating. We expect a full refund for the unnecessary charges and for the originally reported issue—the light—to be properly fixed. Please address this promptly.

This place is fantastic. The staff are friendly and know what they're doing. It was a little busy today, but I still got done in 45 minutes. The mechanic working on my van was polite through the whole thing. Excellent job.

10 stars out of 5!!! This was my first time at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and I have to say, the experience was incredible!!! They have earned a new client and will be recommending them to friends and family. Trenton, the manager, was very professional, took the time to explain things in a matter I understood, made recommendations, and was patient with me during the process. His whole team, including Trenton, were very friendly, professional, and courteous. Now a days, it's very difficult to find a place where you don't feel rushed...Trenton and his team earned my respect today by making me feel like my business mattered. And yes, their prices are very reasonable!!! Give them a try, and you won't be disappointed.

I was very impressed by the Female attendant working there when I arrived for my car services. She explained all that she had to do to get to the changing of the light bulbs in my car..She even showed them to me after they were replaced.
