I accidentally scratched the side of my car. First i tried to get a quote at another body shop. It took them a week before i heard back and the quote felt high. So i decided to shop around and discovered Fine Line Auto body. They had better reviews and i can assure you they earned it. I drove in without an appointment and they quoted it on the spot and they gave me different options to fix it. Due to xmas season, i could only afford the cheapest option. I had my car fixed in a day turnaround. I was amazed by their work. I cant even tell where the scratches were. I cant remember the names of the staff that helped me but they were amazing. They were friendly yet professional.

Shoutout Fine Line in Grandview!! My car died the other week in the middle of the road (it was awful lol) and they were able to repair it super quickly and even came and picked me up to help jump it! After replacing my alternator, I took it in today because it was making a sound when starting up, and he was quick to take a look and adjust the part. This place is so accommodating and flexible with all of my car needs, and super affordable and transparent. This is much valued. -graduate student at OSU. Thank you Fine Line!!!! 100/10 would recommend to anyone!

I was truly impressed for more reasons than one. I was given a solid and fair quote and a full explanation how the repair was going to be executed. Then Finish Line quickly juggled their schedule to get me in, and only 3 days to repair. If that was not enough, they detailed the inside of my car!!!! Who does that… Finish Line. I recently had an amazing experience working with Fine Line Auto Body in Grandview to repair my front bumper after I was backed into at a light. The entire staff was fantastic through the entire process which alleviated a lot of stress due to the situation. The work they did makes my car look brand new and very excited to drive it. They even went out of their way to give me a lift over to the rental car place after dropping off my car and also working with the rental company to get my rental back. 5 stars!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. My car was in their possession for two months, which is already far longer than anyone should reasonably expect for a repair. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I constantly had to follow up myself just to get updates. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, it had no gas in it at all. After my vehicle sat there for two months, the least they could have done was return it in the same condition it was left in. Instead, I had to immediately go find a gas station just to drive it normally. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. As a paying customer, I expected better service, better communication, and basic respect for my vehicle. Unfortunately, I received none of that. I would strongly recommend that others think twice before bringing their car here.

Nick and his staff were amazing and a joy to work with through the whole repair process. They were attentive and responsive each step of the way. My son's car was vandalized on the Ohio State University campus after the first OSU home game. The back window was busted out and the plastic spoiler above the window was also broken. After a review of auto body shops around OSU, I called Fine Line Auto Body on Grandview. From beginning to end, Fine Line was sympathetic, responsive and great to deal with.
