I had a very up and down experience. I had to get 2 catalytic converters replaced and shopped around for the best price. Fine tuned auto gave me the best price and when the vehicle kept having issues, I went back to them. They kept doing work under warranty, and I was upset about how long it took. But the person in charge, Sean, spoke to me personally, apologized, and stayed late to get the work done on a Friday night. When the parts were bad, they replaced everything under warranty and I'm sure it cost a lot of money because I paid around 4 grand initially. With the issues I had, you'd think this wouldn't be a positive review, but I appreciated that Sean reached out, worked hard and was straightforward with me. The only reviews that matter online are a 5 or a 1 star, so they definitely dont deserve a 1 star. I give them 5 stars for their integrity and leadership.

I would give them 6 stars if i could! Seriously the best auto shop I've ever worked with. The very first time I went in I felt comfortable. Car maintenance isn't fun so i definitely had some things on the to-do list, but I only brought it in for an oil change. They mentioned I would need new brakes soon but otherwise it looked good. They weren't pushy about me getting it fixed with them, it really felt like they just cared about my safety. Fast forward, I ended up getting my brakes done there, but by this time I also needed a pretty hefty repair/replacement part. They took the time to answer my questions so I could feel confident in doing my own research. Everything aligned with what they were saying including price, so i got it done with them. Unfortunately just a couple weeks went by before the car started acting the same way. I called them and they told me it was still under warranty and i should bring it in. Turns out it was a faulty replacement part and they replaced it and installed it at no charge. Another 2 months went by with no issues until i could tell steering fluid was leaking. I brought it back in and even though it was no longer under any warranty they took a look and fixed it in a day (just a loose clamp this time), again at no charge. These people really stand by their work and you should definitely give them a shot!

Beware of this shop!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. We started out with Fine Tuned Auto back in October 2023 for a rack and pinion replacement. We have had nothing but issue since with this replacement. We have had to have it replaced 4 times now. It’s issue after issue with this place. It’s now in again for a replacement of the rack and pinion now they are saying that the power steering lines need to be replaced and are leaking. They don’t want to replace them when they were asked for the last 3 years if they needed to be replaced with the rack and pinion to began with because they had leaked only after they replaced the initial repair/replacement of the rack and pinion. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a repair shop. I wouldn’t recommend you bring your vehicle here for anything at all. Alfredo is rude and inconsiderate which is unacceptable. We have had nothing but issues with this shop so do yourself a favor and go some where else otherwise you will be dealing with nothing but problems.

UPDATE- they did call me to understand and rectify this situation which I greatly appreciate. Quite expensive, what drops their score for me is I spent over $4k on services and the following month received a coupon for 10% off for services in the month of February. I called to see if they would honor the coupon when scheduling on the 27th of the month (most good companies would honor that after spending that much money with them previously) and the man on the phone wouldn't even hear it, he became a bit hostile/ rude after I explained the circumstances and that technically I'm calling on the 27th & has nothing to do with getting it done today. Its the kind of behavior that makes them lose any customer service credibility & they failed to reset my tire light on the initial service as well after I had asked
