Everyone was really nice and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision about the recommended repairs, which I really appreciated. I wish they had complimentary snacks in the waiting area, though! $1.25 for a small bag of popcorn is A LOT.

My vehicle was in serious need of repair. My service advisor, Rob Hatfield, was so helpful every step of the way. He sent pictures, answered all my questions and best of all, called and kept in touch as promised. When I called the service department, someone always answered instead of the call going to voicemail.

The service advisor Robert Hatfield kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. I had play in the drivetrain which turned out to be a broken motor mount along with an oil leak. My Avalanche has over 181k and it’s now running & driving like new!

It's never easy to pay a lot of money to get your vehicle fixed, especially when you don't drive it much, but Fowler's service made it much easier with their excellent service. Dustin had the parts available and had our car back to us in less than 24 hours and he kept us notified of every step of the process.

Fowler had my car for 8 business days to look at 4 things. These were listed on the work order but, on day 4 I was called and told no problem with an air unit that had never worked. They did find an issue with the doorlocks and were able to get that through car shield for repair. Since they did not drive my car more than 6 miles, they said that they were not able to create the no dash board lights and the surging. They did take the gas cap off and did not fully put it on so I had a lot of surging on the way home and in their driveway, when I went to pick up the car, I put the key in the ignition and no dash lights. So no, I will not come back to Fowler. Also, it is terrible to try and get ahold of the person you need in service.

Easy check-in. I was kept informed on progress. Nothing to dislike or be concerned with by the maintenance performed or the front service personnel. James was helpful and everyone else would ask if there was anything they could help me with when James was not available and with someone else.

So incredibly disappointed. I went in for an oil change. Not only did they not top off any fluids as my wiper fluid is now out a few weeks later, but they also recommended services that I just recently had done. Total sham. I called to ask about the incorrect assessment, giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe they got the wrong vehicle. I talked to two people, and they assured us they would call us back and nobody has. I am hoping they actually did the oil change! Updating on October 7 to add that my service due soon for my oil change just went off so I don't think they actually did the oil change. I don't know what they did do while I sat there for an hour and a half. .

I've been taking my Blazer to these guys for two years. They are the best service shop around. Robert Hatfield was super easy to work with. Helped me get back up to them and even stayed after closing hours to make sure I got my vehicle back that day. I Couldn't recommend him and his team more. My car always leaves driving like new with these guys.

I took my Tahoe in for the 100k mile service and a couple other issues. Rob Hatfield was my service advisor and did an excellent job letting me know how much the estimated work would cost and how long it would be until the vehicle was ready. Rob was great at communicating and keeping me up to date on the status and had the vehicle ready when promised. He went over all the work that was performed and answered all my questions. It's nice to have a solid Chevrolet service department near me and Rob is a definite asset to the service team.

I was hopeful that this would be a competent Chevy service as it’s close to home, however no such luck. Not a big fan of the predatory sales practices, but that’s not the reason for the bad review. Got my vehicle home after my wife took it in for service. Luckily we declined the insanely expensive air filter change and I decided to do it myself because I opened the hood and lo and behold, the filler cap for the engine oil is not sealed on like any normal person would expect but just sitting in the front of my engine bay. Lucky for Fowler I caught this before a 500 mile trip and my radiator didn’t find out for me. If you bring your vehicle here, make sure to check the work.

We love this Fowler. Won't take our Trailblazer anywhere else, even though we move 45 minutes away. We trust them. Service is great, team is great & their new shop/building is great too! Being taken care of properly is well worth the drive. Thanks guys!

My car was in bad shape. Everything was explained to me and was done professionally. No complaints here. They did a professional job as should be at a dealership.

Experienced EV techs, great service, provided transport which was very important since we are relatively far away and they needed the car all day. Great new facility. (I do wish they would get their car wash working and top off the charge, though)

My truck was in for a week for warranty work. When I came to pick it, it was very dirty. When I asked why it wasn't washed, the response was the washer was not working. Sad response. Doesn't take much to hand wash a car.. And there were techs just standing around, so it wasn't like your staff was busy.. Disappointed that customer service isn't there... Plus I had to call in to find out that my truck was repaired and ready to be picked up.

The service agent I worked with - Horace - was fantastic! He was attentive, detailed, and patient (I witnessed this with other customers he was helping as well). The two stars are for him alone. My issues derive from the assessment by the mechanic working on my Volt. They charged a typical diagnostic fee and returned a recommendation for a full hybrid battery replacement. I had been working on the car myself and had done lots of troubleshooting on the car, fixing part of the issue but not resolving a lingering diagnostic trouble code (DTC). All of this was shared with the senior mechanic assigned to my car. Good thing I got a second opinion, as a specialty electric auto repair shop was able to update several software modules on the car that resolved the DTCs (total cost = $300). The car charges better than before (higher range now) and the codes are gone! The dealership told me I needed to replace a temp sensor on the battery and the only way to change it was to drop the hybrid battery at a cost of $1,300 and that I should expect to pay another $2,500 to $9,000 to replace some of the individual cells or potentially, a full replacement. They didn't even offer to upgrade software first. Looks to me like just another chance for the dealership to increase revenues by over prescribing repairs to a customer who might not have looked at other options. Be careful putting your trust into car dealership service centers - they are motivated to sell more repairs just as much as the sales department is motivated to sell more cars. It's the culture....
