Everyone was polite but prepare for a long wait when dropping off in the morning at the service center. We got there a little before they opened (7:30) and there was already a line. 45 minutes later we checked in the vehicle for service and drove away. We did have an appointment at 7:35.

Great staff there. Reasonable pricing. They take their time but still knock out 4 cars at a time. If you go on the weekends get there early or you will have a 2plus hour wait to get your car taken care of

Mitch Ross took the "bull by the horns" and took excellent care of my service needs. Fast turn around time and the job was well done. I highly recommend Mitch and their Quick Lane service team at Sill-Terhar Ford.

Sill Terhar Quick Lane has been fabulous for our family. We have multiple cars and they help me keep track of all of their basic maintenance needs. I love the heads up about needing brakes soon or tires soon so I can plan ahead for financial needs. I can drop off my car on any given day and know within a few hours my oil will be changed, my tires rotated and my car will have a good once over for potential problems. Special shout out for Mike Ross who walks me through all of my car needs!

Staff here is very friendly and courteous. I always try to get here half an hour before opening so I’m not waiting too long. Of course you have to be on alert for folks that try to cut in line. Today (8/12) I brought my Ford here for an oil change. I didn’t say I also wanted the tires rotated (because I was going to take the car elsewhere and get it done for free). Unfortunately, as I’m sitting there watching the technicians work on my car, I see them rotate the tires. I get the bill and there is a line item on there for the rotation. Kind of annoyed over that... I guess next time I’ll have to specifically say “do not rotate the tires”

They are quick and efficient. They've always been very nice and have never talked down to me. They've never suggested any sort of work that my vehicles didn't actually need. I love bringing my truck here!

Terrible service got there an hour before closing, got turned away saying there wasn't enough time to change my oil before closing. Also to top it off the quick lane bay was totally open and there weren't any cars. They also said they had to take my tires off to change my oil. I didn't want my tires touched but said they have to do it ( sounds like a way to upcharge service or lack there of in this case). Lost business and I will be sure to tell this to all my friends. Go somewhere else I'm sure they will respect and be happy to take your money at other businesses

I took my truck in to have an airbag warning light diagnosed and an oil change. They diagnosed the issue, and the parts are on order. Michelle did a great job explaining everything. Pricing seems fair for dealer labor costs.

Absolutely terrible. Do not take your car here. We bought our car from Sill -TerHar and have had nothing but great experiences with their service department. Quick Lane is not their normal service department. We took our car in for an oil change and they found an mysterious slash on the inside of the tire that looks like they cut it open with a knife. After fighting with them about it the whole day our warranty finally covered that, but now we needed 3 other tires because otherwise only 1 would be new and it would cause issues. $1300 later, they broke the hub cap cover replacing the tires. They told my wife "I don't know if it was you or us, but we'll cover ordering a new one." We've never touched the tires on this Lincoln. We finally get the car back, and the driver side window doesn't open and close correctly. Likely a setting issue, but still a pain. Use Sill TerHar service, but stay FAR away from Quick Lane. They are terrible. Update- Read the response. Any apologies in the for breaking the hubcap cover or messing up the window settings? No. Just like at the shop just being defensive and covering their own butts. Got appt scheduled with the REAL Sill Terhar service and as usual they were pleasant and helpful. For real, just avoid Quick Lane.......it's not worth it. Another update- Our car has been leaking oil since we got it back. So, not only was our experience terrible, and they found a way to get more money out of us, but the thing took the car in for wasn't done correctly. Aweful.

Took my car in for a quick check on a recall. Was told they would not do a recall, but then gave me a list of $6000 worth of repairs I suddenly needed. Took my car to 2 other mechanics to be told 50% of it wasn't needed at all. When dropping my car off, I asked to have air put in my tires since they already had it. When picking it up, I asked if that was done and was told yes.... When getting out to my car, I discovered that was a complete lie. In the end, I was charged $200, and didn't even get the two things I dropped it off for, completed. Complete waste of time, and money.

Service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is very competitive and attention to detail is excellent. Quick Lane is first come first serve but I arrived in an afternoon with no other cars. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

After having my vehicle looked at by another shop for an A/C issue, they could not come up with a diagnosis and advised a recharge. I called here and after getting the phone run around from person to person, I finally was told over the phone a quote for $150 and they didn't have an appointment available for another month. I booked the appointment regardless because it was March and wouldn't be needing the A/C until around May anyways. Arriving on the day of my appointment, I was informed they would be charging me $150 but for a DIAGNOSTIC fee, not the recharge. After waiting in the office for over 30 minutes, they quoted me $465 for a recharge! I reached out to a Midas location the following week that had me out the door with cold A/C for $265 and only took 2 hours. For a dealership service facility, this lack of effective communication and clear pricing is very frustrating to deal with. I've worked in the quick lube and automotive industry and it isn't this hard to be upfront and professional with customers.

Beware of this place. They exhibit disorganization and lack professionalism. I inquired about the possibility of getting an alignment done within a day, and they assured me it could be done. However, I ended up collecting my truck three days later, with inflated tire, and it was dropped in a corner of their parking lot. This happened just before closing time, and no work had been performed at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. UPDATE: I had an appointment, and the truck was just dumped across two parking spaces, unlocked, with a dead battery and flat tire. Despite being promised three times that the job would be finished by the end of the day, it never happened. So, I took the keys and went elsewhere. This is a working vehicle, and time was of the critical.

Took my F-150 in for an oil change (The Works) and when they did the tire rotation, they found that I was missing 1 lug nut on each - Discount Tire’s doing - and Sean made sure I had a full set of lugs before I left to make sure I was driving safely! The guys in the bay were already done with my truck, and quickly switched them out to all match the full set, with no problems! I’ve been to O’Meara before and their wait times are exponential and their customer service pales in comparison. I will absolutely be back here in the future! Thank you, Sean!

Sean was incredibly helpful and accommodating to us today! He helped us get in and out quickly, allowing us to work around tight timing with two vehicles. Work was done fast and the waiting area was comfortable. We were treated very well and will be coming back for service in the future!

I usually do my own work because I've had a lot of bad experiences with shops, but I've been to Sil-TerHar for a few different things now ranging from a simple oil change to the replacement of my front shocks (coil-overs) and they've never disappointed me. My most recent visit was to have the tires on my F-150 replaced. The job was done smoothly and at a fair price. I'd definitely recommend Sil-TerHar if you need someone to work on your vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle here in late January that came with a couple of "free" oil changes. I took it to get the first one before we left on a long road trip and in the middle of Kansas the splash guard came off which ultimately damaged it. The only way that that could happen is if they hadn't secured it. I left a message two weeks ago for the manager to call me back and now I cannot even get someone to pick up the phone there. Update: They couldn’t have handled it better. Shane (manager) and Al worked together today and made it right. One star—>5 stars. Al has amazing communication skills.

This is the only place I go to for oil changes. I’m very particular about my vehicles and they always do a great job on them. This team is great.
