I came in to Accountable Auto Care for an oil change as a referral from my work. Jake at the front counter was super friendly from the get go. After handing over my keys, I asked if I could just wait, and they told me they were down a guy this week and it could be a couple hours. I told them no problem, that I’d just need to call someone to come pick me up. That’s when Jake told me that they have loaner cars and he could loan me one for free while they were working on my car. This honestly came as a nice surprise to me, as I’ve had experiences in the past where I have actually waited for hours for a simple oil change. I got home and almost immediately got a text from them detailing the inspection they did on my car. The inspection report was very detailed and thorough, and I appreciated being able to see what needed immediate attention, and what could wait for a little longer. I called back and discussed the report with Jake, and ultimately decided to have them replace my air filter, and cabin air filter as well. The price was really affordable, and even though they told me it could be a couple hours, they got me in and out pretty quickly. Overall it was a great experience and I’d recommend this shop to others.

If you’re looking for a great shop that is going to give you personal care for your vehicle this is the place to go. I had a bunch of lights on my dash and a squealing in my front end. Accountable was able to get me right in and diagnose the problems giving me a detailed list of issues with pictures. They gave me a loaner till my truck got done. Outstanding auto shop that I’ll be taking all my vehicles to for now on. I highly recommend them!

Friendly and able to see my vehicle immediately. The cost for quoted work was much higher than another reputable garage so I chose not to have any work done. Paid the $250 diagnostics fee and picked up my truck. I can’t attest to the quality of work as the cost was too high.

Accountable Auto ties for first place as my favorite mechanic. The other is Indian Peaks Auto for VWs. Mark and his team, on more than one occasion, have called out missed diagnosis and missed issues (from multiple Toyota dealerships) with my Toyota Tundra. Their prices are comparable to other auto services but more importantly, I trust them and it’s hard to put a price on that.

Been here only twice so far but have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. The techs are friendly, professional, efficient, and very transparent (which I appreciate). The prices are also fairly reasonable. Out of all the places I’ve been, Accountable Auto will not try and take advantage of you for their own profit. They actually try and help you save money, which is how it should be in my opinion. Overall, I will be coming here for vehicle maintenance from now on.

My check engine light came on out of the blue. Mark and his team took in my car on a Friday afternoon, happy to help me quickly! I was provided a courtesy car to assist in my required commute to work. By Monday they provided a very thorough diagnostics testing. Monday night I approved the fixes. My car was completed and ready to pick up Tuesday afternoon. The work is quality, the customer service is person oriented, and they work very efficiently. Everyone on staff was kind and informative. If you’re going to spend money to fix a car, go with people you trust.

Accountable did some extensive repairs on our pickup. I mean…some extensive stuff. They did an excellent job repairing all that we needed. The pickup is running so smooth and sounds happy. Definitely recommend this place. *Update 9/15/25 Another job well done! The vehicle had to be towed to the shop and they got to work right away. This time a separate issue. The age of the vehicle and where we drive contributes heavily to wear and tear. They fixed the vehicle quickly and kept me updated. Everyone is friendly and respectful. They also use high quality parts. In this case, a solid built transmission. The cherry on top is Accountable is a small business. Hopefully this business keeps going for a long time ‘cause I am going to keep bringing them the ol’ beat-up, pick-up.

We are moving to Florida so I brought my 2013 Avalon in to make sure it was roadworthy for that extended trip. My husband has already relocated so I was the only one who could take it in. I chose the extended check because I wanted a thorough inspection because I didn’t want to be breaking down in West Texas. One hour later I got the report. NOTHING needed to be done!! After we took our jeep in for its inspection at another shop, it was over a week for repairs and every phone call was another $1,000 so I was expecting the worst, especially as a woman by myself. Accountable for the win! They let me know it is time for some fluid changes once we get settled in Florida but we are good to go. Cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

None. But I got charged for a diagnosis, but no diagnosis was made. 144.00 for five hours of labor . This is the what they charge for diagnostic testing. 2020 Ford Explorer ST that has a shifting issue. They said the drove it to Boulder to see if they could get it to repeat my complaint, but, I know how many miles were on my car. I always write it down whenever I leave it anywhere. And there were no additional miles on it. I feel that was a bogus charge. Not to mention that I spoon fed them the warranty information they couldn’t even look up the phone number or research any of the issues. I’m a woman who is not a mechanic and I am on forums and I researched all the information I gave them. I feel as a certified mechanic or so they claim they should have been able to come up with something after 36 hours. They also knew that I had a tire sensor that is bad and that was apparent but they did fix that. They let me use one of their cars, I only drove it home and back to their shop. I will give them credit for that, even though the car was old and dirty. The other thing that I didn’t like is that I had to ask for the receipt for the charge, they were not going to provide one .

Scheduling my appointment was easy and convenient. Mike was pleasant to work with. I was told by Nissan that I had a leak but they didn’t know what it was. It took very little time for AAC to diagnose and fix the problem. They did a full inspection of my vehicle and were honest about the repair without me feeling I was being over sold. This is definitely my number one preferred auto shop, without a doubt. They're incredibly friendly, genuinely knowledgeable, and have honestly never let me down.
